This product works so well for me. It is a soft, great tasting gummy that is easy to take. And most importantly-it works! I take these about an hour before bed and have much less trouble falling asleep. I am a poor sleeper and have tried so many things, but this is one of the best. I used them recently on a long-haul overnight flight and was even able to sleep on a plane- a first for me. Wonderful in helping readjust from jet lag.

I bought these gummies because I needed no sugar. The bottle says Zero Sugar. It is not. If you check on the back of the bottle it says Total sugar: 2 gms. Total carbohydrates: 2 gms. 2 is not the same as 0.
