Perfect for dogs eliminating hot spots and scratching!
I poke a hole in the pill and and add a few drops into my dogs food every day. His hot spots and scratching has gone way down after doing this. I can’t recommend it enough. Talk to your vet first but this has been a constant for my dog for a few years now and I definitely think it’s very effective.

All seals were intact and had an expiration date of 11/24.Serving size is 1 capsule a total of 120 servings is provided. The capsules are large swallowing with liquid is a must. Taste and smell is what I consider to be normal. There is no discernible, smell or taste.For awareness in the listed ingredients it includes bovine gelatin. This likely excludes this product from use by individuals who follow certain diets.I took the capsule in the morning with and without other supplements also with and without food. I had no adverse reactions while consuming.Qualitatively, it hard to judge impact from consumption because cholesterol levels vary based on factors but not limited to oneâs diet, exercise intensity and frequency and stress. However, plant sterols have a similar structure to cholesterol so it competes with cholesterol for absorption by your body. In theory taking plant sterols can reduce the chance of your body absorbing cholesterol allowing it to be passed as waste which could reduce cholesterol levels.Based on my experience with this product I would recommend it to others. It is comparable to other products available from an ingredients and price perspective.

I ordered this for a friend who has been dealing with high cholesterol levels. He reported that the soft gels were easy to take and that he didnât have any issues or adverse reactions after taking these.
My Two Cents –
Organic plant sterols, however softgels are bovine gelatin.
My LDL (bad cholesterol) levels are elevated, so I was looking for a natural way to lower it. This will take time to see the results, though I am confident from my research that plant sterols are effective. It was important that this is organic flaxseed. However, this is not for vegetarians or vegans, as the softgel is made from bovine gelatin. These are quite large softgels, and the dose is 1 softgel 3 times daily. If you have a hard time with large pills you might take that into consideration. I’m used to taking this type of softgel and it is not a problem for me.

In Support of Healthy Cholesterol Levels
These plant-based soft gels with sterols and sterolins derived from organic flaxseed are designed to help support healthful cholesterol levels. They also provide Omega-3 fatty acids to support overall health. The recommended serving is one soft gel, three times daily with food. In conjunction with exercise, I hope these capsules will improve my HDL and LDL cholesterol levels. I know it will take time to see results, at least until my next blood test, so I expect to amend this review at a future date to report how I did. I am happy to know for now, however, that an independent third-party lab has tested and accredited the capsules, so I trust the ingredients to be of high quality. Do keep in mind, nevertheless, that the FDA has neither evaluated nor certified this supplement, so you may wish to discuss it with your healthcare professional before starting to take these capsules. The soft gels are on the large side, but I still find them to be easy to swallow with no unpleasant taste or aftertaste. The ingredients are non-GMO and naturally sourced.
