Works great
My son is 2 and he is so busy during the day and you would think he would just fall asleep but no, it takes his body awhile to wind down. We also just moved him into a big boy bed so he can now get out and explore. Anyway, I know he still needs a nap and I have tried other Hyland products before and loved them. So gave it a try and it helps him settle down without giving him melatonin at a young age. He is also willing to take it and says yum after taking it. Again I donât think the medicine puts him to sleep but it just calms and relaxes his body.

Really great product, taste great
I got this product for my children when they were having trouble sleeping and going down, getting sufficient sleep. Since we started using this I have noticed that they definitely calm down for sleep. I do like this product because my husband doesnât want to use products with melatonin for our kids, I like that it does not have that and it just helps them calm down. They both take it no problem and my four year old has communicated that it tastes really good. It is super easy to use and smells great. It has so far appeared to function and be effective like it states. My kids calm down after taking it, they donât fall asleep with it, but it helps give them some calm for bedtime.

Calming before bedtime
I really love this product! I have rebought this item over and over because over time it has been working. Sometimes it would my son hours to go to bed, but now it only takes him no more than an hour on average because of this product. Iâm also pro-natural for a lot of things, and it eases my mind to know I donât give my child melatonin to fall asleep and calm down. ð only thing the taste might be an acquired tasteâ¦. Like a slight strong medicine taste

Doesnât work for my toddler
My 4yr old is very hyper even at night. So I wanted something without melatonin to help him relax and fall asleep faster.This didnât work. I gave it it him at several different times of the night(early/later) and itâs still takes him 2 hours to fall asleep..he also doesnât like the taste.

i’m an adult and I take this myself, I worry about the crazy dreams melatonin usually gives me and grogginess the next morning. I get none of that with this and it gives me a delightful calm sleep

Doesnât work at all for my 2 year old. He loves the taste and takes it without complaining, but even an hour later, he still doesnât calm down and go to sleep

Way too sweet!
For those mamas who are avoiding sugary things, definitely avoid this. It is effective in putting your child to sleep but the product is just way too sweet. Weâre talking sweeter than southern sweet tea. Weâre talking sweeter than a lollipop. Sweeter than gummy bears sweet. Too sweet.My hope is that theyâll come up with a sugar-free/sweetener-free/no sugar added formula. And if itâs all natural already, well I hope they figure out a way to neutralize that overwhelmingly sweet taste.
