Unfortunately I’m allergic to this.
The taste was very pleasant, like a tart cherry Luden’s. It tasted more cherry than elderberry to me, but the color was definitely elderberry. The product did induce sleepiness. Unfortunately, within an hour I developed a stinging rash, and numb and swollen lips and tongue. I awoke with a hypertensive headache. Based on the listed ingredients, I’m unsure what the allergen is. My only previously known food allergy is pineapple, which is not a listed ingredient.

I bought the sample pack good thing I did. but still itâs $10 wasted because it did not help my sleep at all. I still woke up. Stayed awake. so not the product to buy if you have problems sleeping.

Tasty if you like elderberry but minimal impact for the quantity.
The good- I am not an expert of elderberry tasting so I don’t know if these are 100% true-to-flavor, but they do taste alright and not mushroomy at all. I would eat more of them, if I could.The meh- Taking the recommended 2 per evening didn’t really give me any noticeable difference in my calmness or sleep habits, although as several other reviews mentioned, maybe you need to take more, or take them for an extended period of time.The not so great- Sort of pricey to be experimenting with quantity/duration, IMO.. if you got like 2 weeks worth for the same price ($10 for 10 gummies at time of order), maybe it would be worth experimenting with them some more, but at this point I will let that experiment lie.3 stars for tasting good, but not enough quantity in a single pack for me to shout the praises or curses of mushroom wellness, unfortunately.
