88% of the reviews are excellent+ good so that tells you something. Yes, this does work. Yes, I find the pills too big to swallow comfortably. I cut them in half. Yes, they can mildly irritate the intestinal track so I eat before and drink water and I’m fine. This product takes away my hip muscle area inflammation and does wonders for my knee. It works. I started really feeling it after three days. Read the label. See the contents. Then decide if you want to try it and decide for yourselves. The older we get, the more our cells do not easily produce the acids we need for cell integrity and nerve coatings. This leads in my view to inflammation. I think this helps things at a cellular level. It does not mask pain. It seems to stop it or at least mitigate it. I do not want to take it long-term but short-term, I have mobility again. I like to stay active so this is a win-win for me.

I enjoy playing talbe tennis, but sometimes I feel my knees a bit sore or a little pain. When that happens, I take this kind of Move Free products(the green one). After taking it for a few days, the pain in my knees usually disappears. It’s really effective, and I like it.

I have been using Move Freeâs Glucosamine and Chondroitin for at least a decade. I was about to have knee surgery because of what felt like bone on bone pain when I walked. Iâm a walker so this was a problem. I went to an acupuncturist who recommended that I take Glucosamine and Chondroitin – 2 in the A.M. and 2 in the evening for 2 weeks and then 2 a day after. These worked like a charm so didnât need the surgery. You have to take the right amount or these will do you no good but if you take them correctly you will get great results. This new variation uses 3 pills instead of the 2 but they are easy to take while some like this are huge. This variation includes additional Hyaluronic Acid, Calcium Fructoborate and MSM. Iâm not sure they work so much better than the one with with reddish label on the front which only requires you to take 2. Try for yourself – they both work. These also seemed to take away hip burning that I was starting to have before I started taking these over a decade ago. It looks like they also cushion shoulders so may have actually helped a rotator cuff injury that I had acupuncture on. Didnât realize this until looking on this listing. For some reason people seem reluctant to take these before getting knee or hip surgery. Give this a try for a few months and you may not need it. Why expose yourself to possible sepsis if this could solve your problem. Surgery should be the very last thing you try.
