    Helped somewhat. The heel cushion for inside your shoes isn’t very helpful. I got the most relief from the slip on heel cushion and the arch support. Can’t really recommend this. I’d rather advise you to just get a good pair of shoes and do the stretches that can be found on YouTube.

    I almost Never write a review (I’m remiss)BUT, in the case of this kit, I just had to.This is the absolute best value kit you can get for plantar fasciitis !!!(And probably for other foot ailments as well.)All the items in the kit are better quality than any that I bought individually!(And I’ve purchased a lot of stuff to help w my plantar fasciitis, that fell just short somehow of these.)It includes things I couldn’t even find elsewhere.It also includes some little throw in extras that I didn’t take time to buy.Like most things you buy, you may want to make little adjustments to make them perfect for you personally, but they are about as perfect as is as it gets.(I won’t itemize each one, don’t have that kind of time and their merits are self evident.)This is the best little kit you can buy!For plantar fasciitis, also buy yourself a nice little cooling bootie!(I Highly recommend “The Pain Soother Reusable Hot Foot & Cold Ice Pack Wrap for Plantar Fasciitis, Heel Spurs, Arch Pain, Sore Feet, Swelling – Extra Gel Pack Included”,(I was not looking for a “sock” that could be a pain to pull on and off, and this fits the bill!It opens fully so it’s easy to take on and off and has a velcro strap for securing.It’s incredibly easy to slide the hot/cold gel pads into.And comes up fully behind the heel to cover all the bases.I am a woman with size 11 feet and the large is perfect.)And/orThe “NatraCure Cold Therapy Socks (w/Compression Strap) – Extra Arch and Plantar Fasciitis Relief – (for feet, Heels, Pain, Swelling)”.(Which are perfect little comfy socks to lounge in, while helping to soothe your aching “dogs” (your feet).They also have easy the slide in reusable hot/cold gel inserts.I recommend these for everyone, whether they have foot issues or not, to sooth their feet after walking.Also bought the large in these and there’s plenty of room to spare.In fact, I will be buying these booties for all the adults in my immediately family for Christmas this year :-)And, although this all sounds too good, No, I did not receive Any sort of compensation for any of these items.It was just a lot of trial, error and returns, until I found these 3 items.Hope you all heal soon and that these items help you in some way!

    Keeps sending the wrong size
    I ordered a small for my tiny feet, but they shipped a size large. I asked for a corrected replacement, which just arrived today, but this time they sent a medium, which is also waaaay too big for me. Really disappointed because this set looked like it was perfect for my needs and the quality looked good too.UPDATE: I broke down and tried ordering a small again (the THIRD time). They sent me a “Small/Medium” which means that not everything fit, but the pieces that do fit are super comfy. Updated from 1 star to 3 stars because sizing and getting what I ordered was a still a nightmare.

    Good fit, nice selection
    I like that I could try various items + combinations to find what works for my specific pain. There are 2 pairs of silicon heel guards, so I can wear on both feet (so not to throw my hips out of balance) while other pair is drying. Must clean every night or they get stinky! Also used the heel inserts. I’m US women’s 7. Ordered small + everything fit well.

    Can’t adjust sizes. Won’t stay on.
    You can’t adjust the size on these so they are pretty pointless. Even though I have the size foot listed it’s just elastic and everything slides around. Get the kid that has adjustable pieces because these won’t stay put and end up being worthless.

    Nice variety!
    I appreciated the nice variety of heel supports in this package! The clear gel set was very comfy and felt great to walk in. The black bands I used around the bottom of my foot. They were a bit tight (I wear a women’s 8.5 wide). There are two sets of inserts one for tennis shoes and one for dressy shoes/heels. I have not tried those yet. Overall, great value- lots of product for the price. There isbound to be something that works for everyone in this box.

    Dont buy
    My husband bought me this kit, I often wont buy things for myself. I am very glad he did because it made me realize relief is possible and that I could walk without the excruciating pain in my heel and arches….. but the kit itself was useless for the most part…I have extremely high arches and put a lot of weight on my heel also. I need the arch support and the heel cushion to help my issue…… The socks were totally useless, the heel gel was gross to wear… The heel wrap was ok but provided very little cushion alone. the arch support wrap was way to loose to stay so I used the heel wrap to help hold it in place. It definitely helped initially but after 2 weeks of wearing it in my shoe I noticed the arch support was flat and no longer helping and my pain in my foot was getting worse again. this product did initially allow me to walk with minimal foot pain so it gets 2 stars but it barely lasted 2 weeks. It did however make me look elsewhere for better products!
