Great value and great product.
This is the best bang for your buck and it works. This may be TMI, but I am diabetic and on occasion I have issues with yeast. Yeast loves high blood sugars. I take this for a couple of days and it goes away. It’s also great that there is enough for both my husband and myself for about a year. He has tummy troubles with gas, bloating and abdominal pain, and taking these as needed seems to help him get better as well. Also, I read in the NYTimes in their science section, that our gut bacteria has a lot to do with why someone has metabolic problems or doesn’t, or is overweight or thin. They don’t know which strains of good bacteria help, but I figured that taking a probiotic regularly might even help my weight loss and diabetes. It doesn’t irritate my stomach and they are small and easy to swallow with water. I am very pleased. To sum up: great price, huge quantity, non-irritating to stomach, easy to swallow and quantifiably helpful.

I have been taking this product for seven years and that indicates how much I believe in it. First I tried another probiotic and I did not feel well at all but when I used this product I felt much better to the point I was confident using it, it makes me feel healthy.

I got to a point where everything seemed to upset my stomach. I couldn’t eat rice, beans, dairy â everything I ate seemed to give me weird stools, bad gas, bloating, and even palpitations. I actually read about this specific probiotic in a nutrition book, it was highly recommended for leaky gut and other digestive issues. For the life of me I cannot remember the book and it’s currently packed away in a box in a storage unit â but once I unpack it I’ll try to remember to update this review to give the name of the book. Anyway, I had been on probiotics before, different brands/types. None of them seemed to help as much as this one did. I tried 2 pills (which is a full dose) at first and it upset my stomach. I went to 1 pill (half dose) and it didn’t upset my stomach. I did 1 pill for maybe 3-4 weeks. Then moved back to 2 pills and I was able to handle it better. This was probably 8 months ago and I have been on 2 pills ever since without issues. I can now eat things like rice, beans, and dairy without my stomach getting upset! I highly recommend this product and if you take it and it upsets your stomach, try a half dose for a while and then move back into a full dose.

I recently bought these when I had to be on antibiotics for a while. Some probiotics I have tried have been too much for my digestive system, but this one was generally well tolerated (although I know this can depend on the individual)

The price went up at the online vitamin retailer where I was buying my Jarrow Formulas Jarro-dophilus EPS, 120 Capsules, so after reading reviews and checking prices, decided to try Kyo-Dophilus from Amazon, free shipping.The other product came individually encased on cards, and I popped each capsule out into a bottle to save space. These come in a bottle and the capsules are surprisingly tiny – very easy to swallow. I could tell they were working after taking the first one.Probiotics resolved the allergies I had to eggs and milk (except for milk from growth-hormone cows) and keep me from getting all the viruses and colds those around me get. I started taking Natren Healthy Trinity Dairy Free Capsules, 60-Count years ago, but at over $1 each, quickly changed brands. At under 9 cents each, I plan to continue with Kyo-Dophilus. They’re a great value for my health.***UPDATE JANUARY 2013***With longer use I found these tiny-capsule Kyolic Kyo-Dophilus 360 less potent than other brands, so didn’t reorder. Now use Solgar Advanced Acidophilus 40+ Solgar – Advanced 40+ Acidophilus – 120 capsules

This is the first probiotic that didn’t actually make me feel worse. After just a few days of taking this product with very specifically designed strains, I felt my digestive system very quickly started to calm down.I had been gassy and bloated after having been put on oral steroids many months ago…I had been walking around with a headache non stop and it was dragging on even with all the other probiotics and different digestive enzymes that I kept trying….I know steroids can seriously damage gut flora…but no amount of good bacteria could get rid of the negative effects of now having a leaky gut….I tried more expensive probiotic formulas….many with stronger and more comprehensive strains of good bacteria but they were not targeting my real problem. A drug damaged my gut and I had to figure out what would restore it…..I bought this product on a whim after reading so many good reviews. I love this brand…I take Kyolic garlic formulas…And decided to put all my other probiotics far out of reach and just try this….So after using this one formula for a few days…one pill in the AM before breakfast suddenly, I was improving…Far less gas and bloat…I wasn’t sure how many pills I’d need before I could see any big results…but it’s only three days….On the third morning I woke up feeling so much better…I didn’t do anything else but stop my other probiotics to try just this…It’s just feels perfect! I’m so relieved to learn I didn’t need to take more complicated strains of probiotics….I actually needed less…and I needed the right strains for my obviously stubborn imbalanced gut flora.Really glad I trusted the reviewers here…I finally found something really effective!
