Quality Supplement for Restful Sleep
I have been taking this product for 2 months now and can attest to its restorative properties. For the majority of my adult life I have been plagued with bouts of insomnia and vivid nightmares that left me feeling groggy and worn out. After trying many supplements I gave this a try and have no difficulty falling asleep. It will not put you out like a sleeping pill or work if you are jacked up on caffeine,but if you are an over-thinker or chronic worrier it will definitely slow down racing thoughts and ease you to sleep. I have also noticed that while taking these I have no dreams, good or bad. I sleep soundly throughout the night and wake up feeling like I actually slept for once. Do some research on the individual herbs in this product and you will see that this is a pretty well rounded supplement for stress relief and contains some powerful adaptogens. I have no side effects from this product but some people could be allergic to the Cordyceps or Reishi mushrooms this product contains, so always read labels. I started to pair this with 200mg of L-theanine before bed for increased relaxation,

I have struggled with periods of insomnia for years. I’ve taken this for 3 nights, around 7:30 or 8pm, and in those 3 nights my sleep has been the most solid that it has been in months. Per my Fitbit, the quality has improved, and my HRV has climbed 10 points per night as well. I’m writing this review around 2pm and just realized I haven’t been counting down to my afternoon cup of coffee today, which I usually do after lunch. Overall my energy is up, my mood is more even, and my sleep quality feels better. The increase in HRV alone is astounding, indicating that my parasympathetic nervous system is responding to this supplement.

I want to start off with the fact that I really value the Gaia brand and I would recommend buying through their website directly to support them and their mission. Great products, reasonable prices and are transparent with their consumers. I’ve purchased multiple items from them, the daytime Adrenals being the first and Ashwagandha. Both terrific products and I highly recommend.A few months back I weaned off of melatonin to help with my sleep and was trying to sleep naturally. I have issues with night time anxiety and it keeps me up (anything from watching a very stressful tv show/having a stressful convo etc). I purchased this with the hope it would help improve my sleep. The first few nights, I was taking 2 capsules as recommended but WOW it was strong. Knocked me out and I woke up groggy and it lasted the whole day. I tried taking 1 and noticed I woke up 3-4 times that night for no reason. I read another review that she takes them about an hour or two before bed… so I experimented with that and it worked perfectly!So my new recommendation: 2 capsules 1-2 hours before bed (experiment based on how groggy you wake up… 2 hours was better for me) and wake up refreshed! I notice I’m not immediately reaching for my matcha, my energy feels consistent. Paired with the daytime adrenals, I’m really seeing improvements in my stress management/anxiety!

This is hard to explain, but this thing frigging works so nice.Wish I could get much more and cheaper, bit this is an amazing product.After taking it consistently I have lost over 10lbs. My appetite is regulated and mind is clear. I get to SLEEP, as someone with chronic insomnia… try it yourself, it may help or not, but there is no harm in trying and seeing for yourself.(Obviously, check with your doctor and all that) ð
