It is not as strong as synthetic flosses
I was stoked about getting some floss that was not coated with PFAS compounds or other questionable substances. Then I tried it when it arrived and it broke twice when I reached a certain tooth contact where other flosses donât break. If you have any fairly tight contacts between your teeth this floss is not for you.

Worth it
This floss really gets stuff out of your teeth, as it is thicker and the silk strands grab onto unwanted gunk… The only thing your need is your own pair of scissors. Very nice packaging, environmentally friendly.

Glides Easier, No Plastic, But Breaks More
I was recommended this floss directly from a dentist for my tight contacts.What I love most about this floss is that it is completely plastic-free. I am on my plastic-free (more like plastic-less) journey and just found out that plastic is in floss. Ugh! However, the packaging and this floss itself are all plastic-free. Awesome!I was able to get this floss into almost all of my tight contacts. Despite not being perfect, I still like using this floss and simply switch for my tight contacts. I do find that this floss feels better on my gums than the other floss I was previously using (a basic waxed floss). However, if this floss snags it will break easier than traditional floss. The key Iâve found is that if there is tight tension, adjust the floss or you will break it.It is unscented/unflavored and the only single pack of floss available for purchase from Radius. I now want to order the three pack of clove now that I like using this floss!

Ewww nope
Either this is different from the stuff at the grocery store or the quality has gone WAY down. This feels like Iâm trying to floss with Halloween cobweb decorations. The package wasnât very sealed up either. Wonât ever buy like this again.

Great floss
This floss works very well for me. It doesnât just slide out from between teeth, because itâs not waxed it is more effective for me. Will buy again.

No give to the thickness of string.
More like a rope/string than anything. Because itâs wound like a rope it was quite strong but didnât have any give to be narrow and slide in between tight teeth while also not expanding at all for wider gaps. The wax is near nonexistent if at all, so the wax doesnât help with sliding in tight spaces. Worth a try to find a silk alternative to plastic based floss, but I donât love it. Maybe for those who like the old cotton rope floss feel?If it was looser spun I would probably keep using it.

Breaks instantly
I bought both the silk and sponge versions of this. I have moderately âtightâ teeth. With the sponge type, which is actually nylon per their website, I have yet to break a piece of floss. It also cleans exceedingly better than the store brand flosses. I love it.This silk version is very weak. I have yet to get past the first tooth without it breaking, so I donât know if it cleans well or not.
