Sadly, it doesnât mix well
I wanted to really like this product. The taste is good, although Iâd dilute it more than the packaging suggests (16-32 oz). Iâll use it in at least 40-64 oz. In a lower volume of water I am too aware of the electrolytes.Unfortunately, it also is difficult to mix. Despite vigorous stirring, there were small clumps floating on the top.

Great Flavor
I thought this drink mix had a great flavor! I’ve been mixing with cold water in 20oz water bottles and with a few shakes it dissolves easily. It does have a little salty mixed with the sweet which sounds weird, but it tastes good!

Good for Staying Hydrated
I drink a large glass of this before going on my morning hikes. I’ve noticed a difference in my stamina and muscle fatigue in my calves since drinking these vs. just plain water. No complaints about the taste as I add water to the desired sweetness. One thing I especially like is that these are sweetened with Stevia vs. Sucralose, witch upset my stomach.
