    If you’re looking for a simple fact book about nutrition, this is it. No thrills or filler here, just the facts, which is kind of nice. I do wish this book cited sources, at least in general terms, and I found some of the facts to be padding to get to 1000, but for the most part this is a good no BS guide to busting health myths.
