After 4 Malfunctioning Sprayers on Jovan, My Go To Perfume, I had to Write this.Jovan,
It started about a yr ago. Then it Kept Happening. Because there is something fundamentally wrong with the spray cap/function of Jovan muskâ¦Before I tell you what happened with my last FOUR Jovan sprays, let me say this: Iâve been wearing Jovan since I was 15 yrs old. Now I’m not going to tell you how old I am. But believe me, I’ve been using it for many yrs. I have it on Primeâs Subscribe and Save because itâs an essential for me. Jovan Musk is My Go To Perfume. Itâs what I wear Every. Single. Day. Or at least I would if it worked. So, last 4 arrive, fine. Then, without having been dropped, or damaged in anyway, the top becomes loose&disconnected in a way that makes the spray function-NO LONGER FUNCTIONAL. When this happened with my 3rd replacement, I Urged Amazon Prime Customer Service- to contact the perfume Company Directly to explain whatâs going on. Because this is obviously an ongoing problem.The 4th replacement lasted longer than the others, BEFORE IT HAPPENED AGAIN. Soâ¦This is not an accident. There is some kind of design flaw. Please understand, I don’t wanna stop using the perfume. I WANT THEM TO âFIXâ the Problem. Iâm hoping someone from Jovan will see this because Amazon Customer Service must not have relayed this problem, to them. I would hope that BOTH JOVAN& Amazon would rather fix this than lose a Life Long Customer who loves Jovan. I cannot tell you how much I DIDNâT WANT to have to write this review. But Iâve come to really rely on customer reviews &feedback. I hope this reaches Both Jovan & Amazon.That theyâll replace my latest malfunctioned Jovan. Almost of all, I hope they fix whateverâs wrong.
