Very effective!
I am very satisfied with this set of hand grippers. It has really improved my hand strength. The strength of each training equipment is different, and you can adjust it according to your needs, step by step, which is very good. What I like most is that it not only exercises grip strength, but also exercises forearm muscles, which is very comprehensive. After using it for a while, I found that my grip strength has greatly improved, especially when doing pull-ups, my hands are more stable, which is really useful!

Good set
This is a good set. It has a variety of different things. I do like the different grip strength. I actually really like the egg and then the machine that has the counter on it. Those two are my favorite, I didn’t even realize how badly I needed to have finger strength until I had started exercising more with yoga and my hands started to hurt really bad. So this is going to be really good to help strengthen my hands. I also like that it was inexpensive

Helpful Grip Strength Kit for Rehab
Got this for my elderly mother, who has trouble opening, closing, and gripping thingsâseverely impacting her daily quality of life. Hoping this will help her rehab. The set includes many items for the price, and I tested them all out. The resistance levels are just about right for her, or adjustable. Hereâs hoping she can regain some of the functionality she once had!

cheap, I wouldn’t pay 1 dollar
The hand gripper which is the main piece, came non functional and all the other pieces were of such low quality and barely there resistance. Obviously for 10 dollars what can you expect but I didn’t expect it to be basically unusable, so I will return. I do not recommend buying this product.

Excellent way to build hand strength!
Iâm an occupational therapist. I typically treat patients with weak grasp and hand strength following injuries such as stroke or fracture. This 5 piece set will allow you to build not only your hand strength, but also extensor muscles and digit isolation. These all are well built, easy to disinfect (I use them all with patients) and several are adjustable based on your needs. This set works very well and a great value for the money!

Awesome set. Some pretty good resistance on each piece. You canât beat that price either. I work my firearms for wrestling and these all definitely help
