Worked a little, dog hated it
The pics are before and after. Not labeled, sorry. The teeth definitely did clean up a little, but the dog hated every second of it. We’ve had better luck with the flavored stuff that they like. I didn’t try it myself, but I’m sure charcoal doesn’t taste great.A- for functionality, D for practice usage.

The description says it is a 50g packet, It is more like 4g
I was expecting a sample container. I could see by the picture what it looked like and I expected a small packet, but this is just crazy. So I am torn on how to write this review. My dog did not mind the toothpaste. She licked it off my finger and the brush like she normally does for other brands. She tolerated the brushing the same as any other time. The paste is black due to the charcoal and it is runnier than I expected. I could use this for my dog once a week no problem.Ultimately, the sales page says you get 50g/1.76 ounces and this is only 4g. Which is the big problem here.I found the BIG bottle they sell (for $28 or so by the way), and that bottle claims to be 6.35 ounces.Who knows if that size is accurate, but I definitely didn’t get the 50g that I was promised here.It was almost humorous to open this big amazon envelope to find this teeny tiny packet inside. LOL

Small pack of toothpaste that my dog does not really like
First off, for what you are getting, it’s probably not worth the price. Additionally, my dog is usually compliant with me having her brush her teeth, but I could tell that she was not a fan of this toothpaste. I’ve had better luck with bacon and peanut-flavored toothpaste, since obviously they enjoy the taste and licking the toothbrush as I try to get her teeth cleaned. However, for this charcoal-flavored paste, I noticed something was off. My dog was hesitant to get her teeth brushed, and when I started I could tell she wasn’t enjoying it as much. I mean, it makes sense, who eats charcoal? Results are similar to a usual enzymatic toothpaste, but given my dog likes other flavors, I won’t be using this again.

Works great
My girls think getting their teeth brushed is a treat. I started young, gave them lots of praise so I may not be the best judge of how difficult it would be for you, but I can tell you this worked well on my pups teeth. They had no aversion to the taste, it was easy to apply and is now part of their routine. Personally, the packaging is not the best for a multi use product. I would prefer it to be in a tube or something that can seal up, but it does work well.

Really tiny sample for such a high price, but good dog toothpaste
I guess as a Vine writer I am supposed to mostly comment on the products which in this case our stinky breath dog like the taste and it cleaned his teeth and took away the bad breath. 5 Star for the paste and product. But, I have to knock off a star as the list price of $4.99 for dog toothpaste in a package the size of hotel free people toothpaste is rather steep. I do see the full size product has a high price tag so i guess it is a fair price. But who wants to pay that much for a sample that allows you to brush the dogs teeth once or twice at the most.

If only this was larger!
I don’t know if I could justify this price for just a small sample that you can’t even zip back up. Hereâs a size reference: the sample only fills half the packet, as shown on my hand. Since I have a cat, I was able to get 3 uses out of this. My cat was indifferent to this toothpaste and didnât try to lick it off, unlike with previous flavored ones, so I could actually brush her without her eating most of it. It did the job, she usually has a little bit of bad breath but I was pleasantly surprised that she didn’t have any scent after brushing.I had googled the ingredients and it seemed like they were all safe for pets but I’ve only seen a few ingredients from the list used in other pet toothpastes/products. I wasn’t able to find New Zealand totarol in other pet toothpastes but it’s found in some ‘natural’ antimicrobial toothpastes made for humans. For reference:Chamomilla recutia extract is used in Oxyfresh premium pet toothpasteCharcoal powder is used in Arm & HammerErythritol is used in CET Aquadent fresh dental solutionAllatonin is used in In-fluence dental cream sensitive toothpaste for dogsDisclaimer: I’m not a vet and I have little knowledge of ingredients outside of what I can learn through google.

Rip off priceâ¦tiny sampleâ¦terrible taste
Ordered this as the sample pack, thinking there would be several samples in the pack. . Nope, it was ACTUALLY ONE SAMPLE in a tiny pack. At $5 per brushing, it is too expensive! Dog didnât care for taste either.

Extremely expensive
This works fine. I think that this is really expensive for the little tiny sample package that you get. It’s nice to try it out but it’s not worth the price. I think you can get something similar cheaper.
