    Thicker, volumized hair!
This really works! I’ve tried other ‘volumizing’ or hair thickening products before, and they either didn’t work, or made my scalp break out. I have fine hair that’s been getting thinner on the crown for about 8 years. At a suggestion from an internet article, I am using the conditioner first (combed through), then the shampoo. My hair is soft and clean, but not limp. It has a lot more body now.The ginger scent is extremely mild (and I’m very sensitive to scents). This is an all-round winner!

Very good for reducing hair fall
Best shampoo and Conditioner I’ve used. It doesn’t cause my scalp to itch and last time I bought it my hairbrush was very empty. I’m a man so hair fall has always made me anxious because what if it just doesn’t grow back this time yk lol. My hair doesn’t get greasy easy with this either despite it asking you to put the Conditioner on your scalp. Very good will buy again after my 2 bottles run out.

    Cheap pumps
Both pumps are broken. The product itself seems to work fine relieving my itchy scalp

Maybe NOT what you are looking for…
Let me say that I’ve used the product twice, shampoo and conditioner. I wanted something natural due to an itchy scalp. For the good- it helped somewhat with the itchy scalp. I’m not still trying to scratch my poor scalp. Now the negative- the smell. It DOES NOT smell like peppermint or even tea tree. I understand natural but it almost has a neem smell except I don’t see any neem oil in it. It also stays in your hair – the smell.-What it did to my fine hair. Well it made it drier than usual. How can something with keratin and argon oils that worked on my scalp dry my hair? Idk but I’m not the only one who said this and I really believed those were just random when I purchased. My hair says they weren’t. I had to use Lanza serum in my hair when done to get a wet brush through it.The color- it’s brown ( tan maybe). Natural right? Have you ever, ever, ever seen natural ( botanical) in tan/ brown? Even those oils including neem oil are clear.I am disappointed, I wanted it to work. I gave it three stars for the ingredients and it did help scalp itchiness almost instantly.

    Your scalp will thank you
Y’all, I have been using this shampoo set for almost a year now, and it’s been nothing but amazing. To preface, I have fine strands but medium hair density, low porosity, wavy 2a/2b, frizz and build-up prone hair. Prior to getting this shampoo, I had been experiencing some hair loss and I noticed my hair density had changed quite drastically. I certainly wasn’t “bald”, but it was the “thinnest” it had ever been, especially at the temples/hair line. It started with a horrible reaction to the hair products I had been using for years prior (ahem, OGX lawsuit…), which snowballed into developing folliculitis, terrible scalp buildup, FIRST EVER flare of seborrheic dermatitis at the nape of my neck/scalp, and just overall awful hair. From that moment onward, I had tried over a dozen different shampoos and conditioners, specifically ones that were both sulphate (not including a clarifying shampoo that I definitely needed to invest in lol) and silicone free. (*I’m not saying that anyone should demonize these ingredients, but for my fine hair type, I just find that silicone-free is better for me*). Anyways, after months of being unhappy with every different product I tried, I came upon these.Shampoo Notable qualities:- Peppermint for hair growth stimulation, SD soothing properties, as well as overall pleasant aroma and tingly experience-Rosemary oil for definite hair growth stimulation- Tea Tree oil for exceptional SD treatment- Great combination of surfactants like cocomidopropyl betaine and— my favorite— C14-16 olefin sulfonate, as well as many others.-moisturizing ingredients too, such as argon oil, a few polyquaterniums, and moreI always do scalp oil treatments the night before a wash, and therefore double cleanse my hair. My hair is always so clean and soft after shampooing, never any residue. It’s also not overly stripped, but still perfectly cleansed and voluminous. Literally my IDEAL shampoo in every way. It’s also extremely concentrated, I’ve had the same bottle for several months and it’s not even to the halfway mark yet. AND I always shampoo twice.Conditioner:Now, this is where this set let’s me down a bit. Do not get me wrong, this is a very nice, creamy, medium-richness conditioner. Not too runny to the point that I’m using half the bottle just to feel like I’m getting somewhere (although it is still thinner than how I usually prefer my conditioners to be— but that’s preference). But this is NOT a bad conditioner!!!! The problem is, there are over 5 different proteins in the entire ingredients list, and barely one or two conditioning ingredients. And for my frizz-prone, low porosity and therefore very protein sensitive hair, that’s a l o t. Someone who’d benefit more from it is a person with color-treated, or very damaged hair.Nonetheless, let it be clear that I’d still pay for BOTH if it meant I could repurchase the shampoo again. That’s how much I adore it.As for my scalp issues and hair loss, I never want to give a singular product credit for something that is governed by many different factors. A mixture of devoting time and effort to scalp and overall health— (no more scalding hot showers, not putting my hair in super tight hairstyles anymore, UV protection as well as no more heat tools, not letting my hair get too oily/built up, scalp oil treatments + massaging before washing, using less irritating products on the skin, clarifying frequently enough, etc)— AND using this shampoo is what I believe truly helped me recover. I have zero desire to ever use anything else again 🙂

Don’t use! It causes a terrible smell from the tub drain that is impossible to get rid of!!!
I liked the product fairly well. I would have preferred one that tingles more. However, this is not the problem. After using this product for a few months I started noticing a bad smell coming from the bathtub drain that only got stronger as time went on. This is despite using multiple products over a couple months. Each attempt, I let the solution soak in the drain overnight at the very least.First I tried pouring an entire bottle of foaming bathroom cleaner without any improvement, then a half gallon of distilled white vinegar Next, I filled the drain pipe with dry baking soda followed by distilled white vinegar. All the while the smell continued to worsening. Next I used a half gallon of “no splash” bleach, and lastly a half gallon Odoban disinfect/deodorizer.NOTHING HAS HELPED. Finally I had a plumber give me the bad news that it was this shampoo and conditioner. Seems that this is a common issue when using these types of products. He sold me a $25 bottle of some sort of “enzyme remover” for drain pipes. It helps only a little. I may have to use this daily then weekly for several months to completely remove the smell!!Needless to say I’m very frustrated that all this trouble and the high cost of a plumber is because of THIS shampoo and conditioner.

Glad I purchase these after reading the review. After the first use, I noticed that my scalp is not itchy anymore and there is a cooling effect at too. It will be great if it can also thickens my hair.
