Excellent. I used this with my vaporizer. I put it in the top of the vaporizer and in the vaporizer, where the steam comes out, there is a little pocket. I just set the block there, and it works great. It really helps. This also works great in the shower. I put this block on my washcloth and put the shower on warm to hot and inhaled the smell from the block. It worked great. Either way really helps clear up my bronchitis.

Not for head clearing!
This product is terrible. It lasted ok compared to other shower steamers but is full of synthetic fragrances and maybe a hint of mint. Did nothing to help my congestion. If you want a product for clearing your sinuses or head from a cold or flu, this is not it. Stick to Vicks or another natural steamer with essential oils.

Instantly dissolved
These smelled so strong when I opened the package, so I thought they were going to be amazing. But they werenât, as soon as the water hit them in the shower, they completely dissolved instantly. I would not recommend!

these dissintegrated rather quickly, even when not in direct flow of water, the smell was practically non existant and didn’t help at all. Vicks is way better, i wouldn’t waste money on these.
