Taste is sweet with some tangy flavor. I was in such a positive , happy, up lifting mood considering it was that time of the month I am usually emotionally a wreck hahahaha. I didnât realize until I thought about it next day when my boyfriend was caught by surprise of how happy and energetic I was. Then I thought ⦠ohh maybe it was the supplements because it was the only thing I had taken and I didnât take into consideration of that being the effect on my mood. So happy I am trying this product out, the gummies really have a great flavor and consistency. I only just started taking them mornings and if I have a really busy afternoon to keep my energy up. I have to say I am calm and happy most of the time and feel really good overall. Product: Winged Wellness Happy Her – Mood Support GummiesI work in a high-stress/anxiety environment, and the monthly hormone cycle can make things even harder. These gummies have a pretty good taste to them – not too sour, a bit on the sweeter side (4g of sugar for 2 gummies??!). Thatâs pretty much it with these gummies. I donât think they did too much for my mood, and I believe my SAD lamp worked much better. From quick research, the dosages of these active ingredients are on the lower end. For example, lemon balm between 300 – 600mg in capsule form was used to treat adult anxiety; 2 gummies only contain 50mg here. I can see the manufacturer lowering the dosages to minimize the risks of mixing many active ingredients. Still, it might become another case of âjack of all trades and master of none.â Personally, these gummies didnât do much for me after taking them for 10 days, but it might work for someone else. It didn’t affect me negatively either, so I give it 3 stars.
