Every bit as good as the hype. Unbelievable amount of skin came off. Soaked in tub then did it one body part at a time. Seems very durable so not sure what some other reviewers are whining about.

It is important to follow the instructions that say warm and wet you and the back scrubber (and the mitt if you have that too) for 5-10 minutes with no soap (soap would make it less grippy and soap would make it so slippery that it interferes with the ability of it’s exfoliation properties. As long as you follow the guidelines it works well as a deep exfoliating scrubber. They say it is supposed to last 6 months, but I don’t know how often they say to use it. I plan to use it mostly once weekly, maybe occasionally twice weekly. I will daily wash my face regularly, then use a buff puff to more gently exfoliate, with a small amount of a cleanser with light grittiness because I don’t want too slippery a cleanser because that interferes with exfoliation. If l am out of a gritty cleanser l can get a regular soap or cleanser and put some baking soda orsalt on it, and buff puff that for 2 – 5 minutes. Since l usually am going to do the deep exfoliation once a week, I am also going to try applying glycolic acid as a chemical exfoliant afterwards. I put it on my calendar. Wednesday is deep exfoliation day (exfoliating mitt and back scrubber) and laundry, long cardio day.

….angenehm in der Anwendung ist! Habe lange ein passendes Produkt gesucht und bin endlich fündig geworden. Zunächst war ich skeptisch wegen dem doch etwas höheren Preis, aber die Investition hat sich gelohnt! Nach nunmehr mehreren Wochen Verwendung spürt man definitiv einen Unterschied, die Haut wird weicher und das Hautbild klarer. Die Verwendung ist einfach. Ein einziges Manko gibt es jedoch und das ist definitv der etwas unangenehme (Plastik-) Geruch des Bands. Auch nach so häufiger Verwendung auch mit Seife oder Duschgel riecht der Gürtel immernoch unangenehm künstlich, besonders wenn er mit warmen Wasser in Berührung (beim Ausspülen) kommt…. daher ein Stern Abzug. Ansonsten klare Kaufempfehlung!

Omg⦠my back resembles a rhinos back side. It was so bumpy and dry. I used this I visibly seen my skin coming off me , loads of it. I used th handles to rub across my back then folded it to do my arms chest and shoulders. Amazing ! That great I bought the glove too.
