Works, but made me sick
This was making me sick at first and I was taking less than what they recommended. I just had to start taking only one tab a day and my body I guess has gotten used to it so now I take 2 a day, I just make sure to eat something with it just in case. I have been feeling healthier, but I also take other vitamins so I can’t really say if it’s just because of this. Also, the pills are larger than I thought they would be, in case anyone is wondering.

Allergic reaction
I was super excited to take these, and started working my way up to 6. On the night I went from taking 3 to 4, I had a severe allergic reaction. Iâm assuming it was from the bee pollen? Super bummed that I canât take them!
