let it macerate
this smells amazing AFTER you let it macerate. upon first spritz on my skin, it definitely smells like straight gasoline. after about 5 minutes, itâs softens to mainly leather with a vanilla caramel background. i bought this for my boyfriend (for me to borrow lol) and it pulls more vanilla on him, so itâs definitely a true unisex scent.projects like a beast and lasts really long for both of us. i love unisex fragrance but iâm having a gourmand moment, so i tried layering it with the nemat vanilla musk oil and lattafa eclair and itâs WONDERFUL. amazing for nighttime / cool weather. this fragrance on its own is definitely late fall/winter/evening only unless you have BDE and itâs not too warm outside.i donât know where to buy lattafa in my area, so this was a blind buy. the rave reviews and babycat legends (havenât smelled that either) got me curious enough to try, and iâm glad i did!

This EDP was a blind buy for me based off a mr.fragzz review. It was my first venture into Arabic perfumes and I was worried it would be cheap smelling, especially after reading the reviews mentioning gasoline and chemical smells. Following some suggestions, I sprayed the bottle into the air a few times and after a few days, decided to wear it.This perfume, simply put, is intoxicating. It’s soft and sweet, yet it has a masculine edge to it. It has a lot of presence and is long lasting. While the initial application is quite strong, the dry down is very nice.If you intend to wear it, spray on your clothes ahead of time and don’t be stingy with the sprays. I typically do 3 on the front of my shirt, one on the back, and 5 on my body after showering and moisturizing.The packaging and bottle are beautiful. As for the atomizer, it is also great. I’m already looking forward to trying more fragrances fromLattafa!

Masculine Gourmand
This scent is the like male equivalent of Nebras by Lattafa. I blind purchased this because of the notes I saw in the pamphlet when I repurchased another bottle of Nebras. I expected this scent to be more feminine but itâs not itâs very dark yet sweet and masculine. I gave this fragrance away to my boyfriend because itâs far too masculine for me. But it smells so sexy and amazing on him he receives lots of compliments. Iâd recommend this fragrance to anyone who likes to smell a mix of masculine and sweet, like toasted sugar. Also the longevity is INSANE, I wore this once and washed my shirt and still smelled it after.

For anyone looking for a clone of YSL’s Babycat, this isnt it. But its very close to Babycats dry down, with this fragrance being more spice forward. Projection, Longevity, & Sillage are all great & I get lots of compliments with this fragrance.
