My New Shampoo! Really!
I have been searching for an effective shampoo that has no harmful chemicals. Not an easy task! My son recommended Dr. Bronnerâs Pure Castile Liquid Soap. Soap? For my very long hair? I was not in love with this idea, because my hair tangles easily and is very fine. However, since I was so in love with Dr. Bronnerâs bar soaps and toothpaste, I needed to find a Dr. Bronnerâs shampoo. Sadly, there is no such thing. The Dr. Bronnerâs site recommends the liquid soap, as my son did, so I gave it a try. I figured I could always use it as a hand soap, if it was a total flop, which I expected. However, it worked beautifully and didnât even dry out my hair! And the lemon smells so wonderful! I could tell right away that it was going to work for my hair! When I rinsed it out, I was glad that I had given this a try. My hair came out smooth and clean! What a surprise! I admit, I do use both Dr. Bronner’s hair rinse and hair creme afterwards for best results. And it doesnât take much product at all! The listing says it is three times more concentrated than most liquid soaps, and I believe it! This soap cleans well and foams to a rich creamy lather. It is amazing that I can successfully clean my hair with a product made with no synthetic preservatives, detergents, or foaming agents! I love this product!

Hi love this product because it is useful for many purposes. It does not dry out your body if you use it in the shower. Has a nice smell and is very concentrated so it goes a long way.

Well the bottle practically screams at you.If you can get past the Bible verses, there are some fun and inspirational quotes in there, and the usage options really do go on forever.I first started buying this to wash my vegetables without consuming large amounts of toxic paste, but I ended up taking it into the shower with me.Itâs a bit more alkaline than skin, pH around 7.5 to 8 but I found that it breaks down make up phenomenally. It really has done wonders for my acne prone skin, but that being said I have worked in skin care for the past 10 years and know what to do to my skin after I get out of the shower. If you use it alone, it definitely can create some dryness or irritation.Some people use it as a shampoo. Iâve tried, but my hair didnât love it. I have dry kinky curly hair naturally, so I need something a little bit more hydrating. Those who have extremely oily scalpâs may benefit from it, but I would say speak to a hairdresser or trichologist before adopting sketchy internet advice.As mentioned in the paragraph above, I have extraordinarily sensitive skin, so if I use the wrong laundry detergent I will break out in a rash.This one doesnât give me a rash. It cleans my clothes all right. It doesnât leave them feeling any superior softness, but it doesnât leave them crunchy like baking sodað¬ just use a little bit tho, because it foams up. You need only a fraction of what you would for a regular wash.I havenât tried washing one of my cats yet, but when one of them did get his tail in some engine grease, we were able to pin him down in the sink and this stuff did remove the black tar like globs without any harm. We just washed it out real good so that he didnât lick or eat anything left over.The only scent that I like, and the only one that seems to work for my skin is the Teatree and hemp. I found the citrus to be a bit more abrasive, and the lavender one is downright horrible. But then again Iâm not a huge fan of lavender.Iâm the bitch who can spend $500 on some fancy serum at Sephora, so I never thought that I would end up washing my face/removing my make up with a large tub of Jesus soap, but you know what it works and it makes my skin happy.Iâd recommend you try it, and if it doesnât work, it was like what, 8, or 16 bucks? Give it to your neighbor or use it to clean the floor. Better yet, give it to a homeless person on the side of the street who needs a nice smelling bath.Overall, it does it all. You just have to monitor it like a child that can get a little overzealous sometimes.

Love the smell. Itâs the perfect size for my purse. I keep it in a plastic zip lock bag and take it everywhere. One drop is enough to lather hands so a little goes a long way. Iâm surprised at how many times Iâve used it in restrooms when no soap is available. Strangers appreciate it too! It can be used to wash dishes, clothes and hair in a pinch. Although I havenât had a need to so this, but love the versatility. TSA friendly when in a zip lock bag.

This stuff is amazing, suds up like crazy, even in this area’s hard water. I used it in the shower, long hair and all, and hand washed some clothes with it, worked better than I thought it would. I’m getting the peppermint next, the citrus smells great.
