Stopped My Night Symptoms COLD When Combined w/Other Supplements!
I started early menopause in the beginning of 2018, and the onset was both abrupt & severe- no gradual process at all! (For this review, I’ll stick to sleep symptoms.) Overnight, I began experiencing SEVERE night sweats, overheating, and insomnia. First, no matter how cold the room or light the blanket (or even NONE), I would wake up DRENCHED with sweat dripping everywhere- I bought thick bamboo towels to put under me, and had to replace them during the night. It was absolutely disgusting! Even though I kept hydrated, I sweated so much that I was constantly dizzy, and had to start drinking Gatorade (yuck!) to help with the electrolyte imbalance. Second, no matter how I felt when going to bed (cold, normal, etc), I would wake up so overheated that I had severe headaches- then 5 min later, I would be back to normal. I even moved to our basement bedroom since it’s cooler there (and no husband’s heat in the bed), but it didn’t help. Lastly, I already was an insomniac but it got far worse- there’d be nights I didn’t sleep at all, for days at a time. On the nights I did sleep, it would only be about 30 min before the overheating and sweats woke me up, and I would only get 2-3 of those short naps.At this point, I was desperate for relief. I read a reviewer’s comment for another product, and she mentioned a combination of products that had stopped her hot flashes and night sweats cold. So I got them all (see below list) with this product being one of them, and took them religiously. While it DID take quite awhile before they worked, the results were marvelous! I was essentially back to normal- no night sweats, no hot flashes, no more insomnia, etc. It was virtually a miracle. So, while I don’t know if this product works by itself since I started it in conjunction with several other supplements, I’ll say that it’s part of a regime that has worked wonders for me! It’s been a glorious 6 months. My only caveat is that when I recently got sick with the flu, the symptoms came back for awhile (though not near as bad).My Menopause Supplement Regime*:⢠At night: ãThis product (ESTROVEN Sleep) ãSOLARAY Black Cohosh ãSOLARAY Wild Yam Root ãSPORTS RESEARCH Evening Primrose Oil ãRESTORE Menopause Support Supplement ãHAIRFLUENCE Hair Supplement ãVitamin B⢠In the morning (admittedly, I forget to take more often than I remember): ãESTROVEN Maximum Strength + Energy*NOTE: I only take half of the RESTORE supplement dosage since I take the ESTROVEN daily supplement too. I also don’t take any of the other supplements in the morning if they call for it and take the minimum doses, as some overlap with ingredients and I don’t want to take too much. I also brought everything in for my doctor’s approval. Be advised that according to her, Black Cohosh has been linked to breast cancer so if you take it, ensure you have your annual mammogram.

They really do work..just be patient
I have struggled with perimenopause symptoms such as night sweats for the past 7-8 years. They started sporadically at first in my late 30âs and at the time I didnât want to believe the REAL cause, so I turned down the thermostat at night, bought a small travel fan and buried my head in the sand hoping they would go away on their own. But they didnât go away, they got increasingly worse. It finally got to a point this past year, after talking to more than a few friends that were a bit older than me, that I faced the facts. Perimenopause CAN happen in your late 30âs/early 40âs and is not all that uncommon. By the time I finally accepted the facts last year, the night sweats had become a nightly occurrence. I rarely slept through the night without 3-6 episodes of waking up, throwing off the sheets and waited for the burning furnace in my torso to shut off so I could attempt to go back to sleep. And traveling for a living made things worse because I couldnât always set the thermostat to 60* or crack a window in the dead of winter to get relief. I would only get occasional symptoms during the day, but the night sweats every single night were enough to open my eyes that this wasnât going away and was getting worse. So before going the whole HRT route with my Dr, I wanted to see if I could find an OTC solution first. One friend had mentioned a night time formula menopause relief working for her, so I did my research and chose Estroven+Sleep. A good nightâs sleep had evaded me for years since a back injury and I was already taking melatonin anyway, so I had nothing to lose. To start, I was a little miffed that you need to take it consistently for 60 days to get the full effect. That was not welcome news. I wanted relief now. But I started taking them anyway. I was getting the melatonin effect, so even though the sweats didnât stop at first, I just used it as a replacement for melatonin. But I was rewarded about 10 days later by having ONE WHOLE NIGHT with no internal furnace fire waking me for the first time in years! At 3 weeks they had become so much more infrequent that I purchased a second box. 4 months in and I can tell you100% that it worked for me. I havenât had a night sweat in 2 months. And the bonus is really that at $10/box it costs me less per month than one meal. Itâs a bummer that it took so long to take full effect, but after dealing with the sweats every night for years, it is definitely worth sticking it out the 60 days. I have considered switching to the all in one formula in the gold box because I am curious what other symptoms I can get relief from as well, but at the same time I have a good thing going here and donât want to ruin my sleep. It would be lovely if there was a combo box where you could take one during the day for mood and energy and one at night for sleep and night sweats. But Iâll take what I can get. I have recommended this to other friends now, because it has made such a difference in my sleep quality, which in turn gives me more productive days. If any of this sounds familiar to you, I highly recommend giving it a try. Iâve spent more money on one breakfast that a monthâs supply of these magic sleep miracles.

Works unbelievably well for hit flashes night sweats
Excellent product. I was skeptical but would say it cut the night sweats by at least 90%. After 3 weeks maybe woke up once or twice just a little sweaty but not where my pajama shirt was drenched as it was prior to using this. Im typically always cold but with menopause I get horrible hot flashes. Then I wake up soaked and freezing from being wet but this hasn’t happened since using this product. Thank you Estroven!

I have started taking these tablets for 1.5weeks but can feel the difference. Best part is I am sleeping peacefully.
