Am interesting kind of clean
After doing some research on coconut oil pulling I decided to give this a shot. I’ll start by saying that the consistency of the oil is not the most pleasant thing, but after you get used to it it’s fine. This has done wonders to help keep my mouth feeling refreshed during allergy season when I tend to get a lot of buildup otherwise.The included tongue scraper is a nice touch!

Healthy dental hygiene
I have been oil-pulling for over a year now thanks to a viral video on social media. I make it a part of my daily routine in addition to using toothpaste. This brand is a nice value for two. The flavor is just as pleasant as others I have tried. Although, personally I like pure organic coconut oil on its own. So, I mix a teaspoon of coconut oil with this blend.Like other brands, this one comes with metal tongue scrapers per bottle. I do without. I prefer using soft toothbrush to get the job done. Anyhow, I recommend oil-pulling for improved dental hygiene. Five Stars

It’s not for me
This pulling oil may be a good fit for some people but to me it just feels like someone melted coconut oil then added water and a bunch of peppermint essential oil. It’s not pleasant to use and I didn’t notice any change in my teeth whiteness or my breath to justify continuing to use this product.

Nice fresh minty taste
I feel oil pulling is so beneficial to your overall health, this pulling oil has a slight minty taste, and after swishing for 5 minutes or more leaves your mouth feeling clean and fresh. It is easier to swish with this oil, than plain coconut oil, it is more fluid, which makes swishing easier. They also include a tongue scraper, another hygiene habit, which is most beneficial.

I didn’t like it at all
As a mouthwash, this product performs terribly. It doesn’t give that “squeaky clean” feeling the famous name brand gives. Actually, after using it it feels weird. The taste is good, different, but it feels like you just ate breadfruit and you want to brush your teeth again because there’s a sticky film in your mouth.I’m giving generous 2 stars because the metal tongue scraper that comes with is is really nice.

I really like it
Iâve been using coconut pulling oil for a while now and itâs been really beneficial to my oral health. One thing you have to know if youâve never used pulling oil before is that youâre suppose to brush your teeth after using. This doesnât work in the same way that regular mouthwash does. The first time you use it, it will feel a little weird since there is oil in the product. You use the pulling oil and then brush your teeth as you normally would. This coconut pulling oil has a good, mild minty taste. The only thing is it says to swish at least two minutes and up to ten minutes. Iâve never been able to keep swishing this in my mouth for ten minutes, itâs more like two to three minutes. The tongue scraper is a nice addition to this coconut pulling oil.

Pleasant taste, works so well!
I absolutely love this stuff! I was worried the taste wasnât going to be good, as Iâve seen general comments about how oil pulling tastes gross. The added flavor really helps, I could definitely see myself adding this to my daily regimen and sticking to it. It also has the tongue scraper which helps with oral hygiene as well and makes my mouth feel so clean. If youâve been hesitant with trying out oil pulling, start here I seriously recommend buying from this seller! It came exactly as described.

Wonderful breath controller
This Coconut Pulling Oil is very easy to use. I just swish for a couple minutes. My breath is just so much fresher. Do I even need a separate mouthwash now? The oil isn’t oily. It’s just right.
