Wish I’d tried this YEARS ago!!!
As most smokers, I have tried to quit a hundred times and failed! I tried patches years ago and they gave me nightmares. I felt hopeless for no alternative. I tried cold turkey and could never get past the third day. Then I’d smoke even more trying to make up for the days I didn’t smoke, ugh!!!! I am SO GLAD I ordered these as they helped me get through the tough stages with no side effects! I highly recommend them! Good luck to anyone struggling, you can have help and hope using these 🙂

I’ve struggled w/ quitting nicotine for a while. I’ve been through many ‘I want to quit’ moments. If you’re reading this, then you’ve (likely) quit nicotine umpteen times like the rest of us. I tried nicotine gum in the past, but I don’t think my mind was in the right place at the time. I decided to give it a fair shot this time around and results are good and I feel good.For the first phase, I took one piece every hour for maybe the first half weeks, then one piece every two hours the remaining weeks.Second phase, I went for one piece every four hours right away.Third phase, I went for one piece every eight hours until the end of therapy.Two days post-therapy was when my withdrawals peaked, but it wasn’t as bad as when I tried to cold turkey all the other quit attempts. If anyone is looking to put in an honest effort in quitting nicotine, I highly recommend giving gum therapy a shot. I tried both the Ice Mint flavor and Cinnamon flavor. Both are good, but Cinnamon > Ice Mint IMO of course.I had a few packs of cigs and vapes leftover during gum therapy, but threw those out.After gum therapy, I had a lot of leftover gum that I kept around just in case, but ultimately threw them out. I’m aware addiction will be something I’ll battle w/ for the rest of my life, but this is the best I’ve felt post-nicotine in a long time.

Best value for high quality nicotine gum
I’ve tried most of the nicotine gums out there and none are cheap, but this Amazon brand is the best value for a high quality product I could find. Overall I am quite pleased with this product and I will continue to buy more in the future.

Soggy but works
I previously bought the coated ones in 160 pk. Those were coated and tasted like other name brands I’ve tried. I wanted the same thing but in a bigger pack but wasn’t available so I bought these. I didn’t realize these were uncoated. I thought they had gone bad because they were soggy but later found that they are uncoated. It taste weird at first but once you start chewing, it works as the others did.

I bought the 4 mg Cinnamon 160 pack. I’ve never tried Amazon brand for nicotine gum before.Imagine my surprise when I tried my first piece and found it tasted like mint–very strong mint.My first thought was that I had mis ordered and accidentally purchased mint+flavored gum.Nope my order said Cinnamon flavored gum. So then I checked the box. It too says cinnamon flavor. Then I checked the back of the gum packet and it says cinnamon flavor.The only flavor of gum I ever buy is cinnamon. The point being that I know my cinnamon flavors. And this is not cinnamon. It is definitely mint flavored.So somehow mint flavored gum was packaged into cinnamon packaging.I don’t know if anyone else received cinnamon packaged gum that tastes like mint. But if you did you are not crazy because it happened to me also.The lot number is L107599.I canceled my subscription that I signed up for, but I’m not returning this even though I really don’t like mint because it’s a hassle.But I very much doubt I am buying any more nicotine gum from Amazon.I remember when you could really count on what you got from Amazon, but that was over 20 years ago.Sadly in every way the quality and the reliability of the products you order from Amazon have deteriorated tremendously.

I like them to cut appetite – can’t really eat while chewing gum or smoking
These are very good if you’re trying to cut down on eating (or probably smoking but I’m not a smoker). I got them for rumors that nicotine has nootropic value and can’t really say that I’ve noticed that.
