Brighter Looking Skin But Sadly Lacking A Bubbly Experience
Patchology Brightening Gel Face Mask is the first mask that I have tried that has two pieces. The jelly-material mask is placed in its packaging with both a paper backing and a plastic sheet creating a sandwich with each mask piece in the center. You just need to take each half and place it on your face and then you get to relax for 10 minutes (or longer if you choose). The mask was easy to place on my face and the cool jelly felt damp but noticeably not overly saturated like some cotton facial masks that I have tried. When it was on, there was a slight tingle initially but it was very relaxing and calming to wear. Despite it having the term Bubbly in big print and the manufacturer noting, “..ultra-luxe bubbly hydrogel mask…” I am sad to report that I did not get the bubble party for my face. I did notice that after 10 minutes the mask was noticeably drier. I wore it for a few more minutes but once removed, there was no extra serum remaining unlike other face masks I have used. The fragrance is really light and non existent once the mask was removed. I was surprised since it includes Orange Extract but I didn’t notice this scent. The entire experience was relaxing and encouraging to take the 10 minutes to just chill. My face looks bright but it did have a tacky feeling to the touch which I wasn’t a fan of. It is Climate Neutral Certified and Peta Approved. The product is Made in Korea. This is a pleasant face mask but I don’t see myself buying it again.

Holy Grail
My morning routine includes Patchology products I like all varieties of them. I put eye gels on when I have coffee. They are a great value for such an effective product. Using these is a great form of self care. The texture is comforting to me. Patchology makes the best eye gels and they donât slide down when you wear them. I love all of their products.

Fun!
This is a fun face mask. I love the Bubbly champagne theme. The mask is a gel type sheet mask, so it does take a little precision to apply. There is plenty of serum in the packet too, so you can use the extra for later. I love that it has niacinamide, which is one of my favorite skincare ingredients. I left the mask on for about 15 minutes and my skin felt perky and bright. It has a very faint orange scent to it. It is kind of pricy for a one-time mask, but it is fun for a special occasion.

Very nice
I love the eye patches so I knew I would enjoy the mask. It looks similar to the eye patches but obvious shaped differently. The mask fits my larger face well and stays put for the most part (it’s better to lie down, but who has the time???). The ingredient list steers clear of the junk I avoid, like silicones and acrylates. It moisturized my skin well and felt really nice.It’s not an everyday make due to the price, but good for an occasional treat.

Excellent hydrogel sheet mask with resveratrol
This fantastic sheet mask is made out of the gel material that usually is only used for under-eye masks. It feels so soothing over my face in the best way. I also like that this mask is packed with all the right ingredients like niacinamide (which is brightening) and resveratrol (an anti-aging antioxidant). The mask comes in upper and lower facial portions, which fit me well. I kept it on for 30 minutes (it works in as little as 10) and it stayed put. After, my skin looked bright and my fine lines plumped – I’m pleased.

Feels Nice, But Hard to Justify Cost
Patchology’s company slogan is “beauty at the speed of you” and they promise to “create products that keep up with your busy schedule, whether youâve only got 5 minutes, or youâre ready to slow down and have a little fun.”These single use, jelly style masks work like a sheet mask, only a bit harder to apply (if this gets stuck together, or you have damp hands, forget it). They do feel pretty cool going onâcome in two parts, top half and bottomâand Patchology says you can get the effect in just 10 minutes. Though I normally prefer to do my masks, sheet or otherwise, while in a bath, the warm, steamy environment is not the best for this sticky gels, so these are better as an on-the-couch treatment. You an also keep these in the fridge for a little extra cooling and easier application.This Bubbly version contains grape and orange extract, for anti-aging and brightening properties as well as Niacinamide to help smooth. You don’t get the same serum-heavy dampness you do with fabric sheet masks, but skin did still feel refreshed after use.Biggest downside, besides the iffy application, is the per use price. But if you want to try something different or splurge for a stocking stuffer or beauty gift bag, this is a unique treatment.
