This has good flavor but is a little sweet for me so I use a little more water. It mixed well but mix it in advance of going to the gym since some of it may not immediately dissolve. I’m very happy with the cost since I want to keep the cost under $1/serving.I typically only used water before asking someone what they use because I get very thirsty during my 3-hour workout. This hydration satisfies with just a sip instead of a large gulp of water.

I love this stuff! Ever since I started buying this stuff, I simply order water, at restaurants, and add one pack of the stuff, along with a lemon wedge, when I go out to eat, and Iâm good to go! I no longer feel the need to order and pay for Other beverages!

I bought these because of the great reviews here on Amazon. I have tried a ton of different electrolyte powders and these are delicious. I will say, at first I was not that impressed. The taste reminded me of a blue raspberry slush puppy from back in the day. A bit artificial tasting. After drinking these a few times, I am fully addicted lol. Unfortunately these are a bit pricey, so I have to conserve.
