Works great at a fair price
After trying these once, I set it up on auto ship right away! I have very thick and wavy hair and this shampoo and conditioner combo does a great job at keeping it smooth and healthy. I used to use a very expensive brand but it was just adding up too much. This is a great alternative to those pricey brands, in my opinion!

Great shine and softness!
I primarily bought the Aveeno Apple Cider Vinegar set to help with scalp itch – which it helped tremendously – but the softness and shine is unbelievable! So glad I decided to try the Aveeno hair products, which are hard to find in store locally, through Amazon.

I personally like the scent. My kids don’t seem to care one way or the other. But I saw this at the store and decided to give it a try because my oldest was having a serious scalp issue (almost like dandruff but it seemed extreme – like large flakes that reminded me of cradle cap…but on a 12 yr old) and I wanted to rule out malassezia. I had read that apple cider was good at fighting fungus. I did a tea tree treatment on her scalp and then I washed it out with the Aveeno Apple Cider Vinegar and it worked wonders. No more flakes. I was so happy with the results that I found the shampoo on amazon and now it’s on our subscribe and save subscription. This all happened over a year ago and we’re still routinely using this product.I can’t say for sure if it was this shampoo or hormones or what that got rid of the flakes but it certainly cleanses well, and the conditioner moisturizes well, on all my kids. The price for the set is very reasonable. I’ll likely be continuing to purchase this until it’s no longer on the market.

I Love all of aveenos products and always have. any of the hair care products are great and worth the price. I have fine hair and lots of it, I normally have to switch out soaps often because they start to make my head itch and cause dandruff. I have been only using the aveeno shampoo and can conditioner for 3 years now and changing the smells each time and I have had no issues. very good, very soft very demure

Not sure it’s better than what I make
Can’t say this is better than the one I make myself – equal parts apple cider vinegar and water. I use it after I shampoo and condition my hair – sometimes I rinse it out, sometimes I leave it in as a leave-in conditioner/rinse. No you do not smell like a salad people. I will not be buying this again though. My first time using the brand, but I prefer my Beekman 1802 cruelty free products for personal and home care.

Coming from New Zealand where we don’t have hard water, this has been a gamechanger for my hair. My hair always felt dirty, even after drying from a wash. This has changed that and I can go 3-4 days before needing to washing my hair. Will be buying again.
