I really liked how simple and easy to follow this book isâitâs a great starting point if youâre new to face yoga. The explanations are clear, and it doesnât feel overwhelming, which I really appreciate.I do wish the first chapter had some visual images to go along with the content. It would have made it even better and easier to grasp. But overall, itâs a solid introduction and a good resource to have!

Very nice and helpful book. I really wanted to try natural methods before turning to botox and exercises in the book are great for that. I have only 2 notes: I couldn’t find the daily routine for different times available that was promised in the beginning of the book. It would be very helpful as there are so many exercises in the book, I felt overwhelmed and not sure where to start.Second note is about posture: books says it is important to have good posture for the face, but has only some tips about maintaining it. It would be helpful to have some exercises to do before the face yoga to target the posture as well.
