These work well when my kids are tired and I like that they’re only 1mg vs the 5mg in an adult melatonin. The kids prefer the taste of the adult melatonin better. They say these don’t taste as good. But, they’ve gotten used to it.

These gummies are perfect. My toddler does not even take naps since she turned 1, and refuses to sleep even if shes been awake for 18 hours at times. Sometimes no matter how much I wear her out with physical activities throughout the day, she still refuses to sleep. Even with strict schedules implemented, she would still fight sleep. She also would wake 2 to 3 times throughout the night wanting to wake up and play. Now that I use these for her, she falls asleep within 30 minutes, and sleeps through the entire night.
