Cleans well
This is the one shampoo that actually cleans my 4 year daughters thick hair. The smell is very earthy and strong, but I like it. just remember itâs not tear free and it is pretty expensive for the size.

Immediate results.
I pretty much never bother to review anything, but this shampoo was a huge win. My daughter was about to start school, and she had significant dandruff.We used it ONCE and 90% of her dandruff was gone! We used it one more time before school started, and I haven’t seen a flake since. I had been expecting to have to use this 2-3 times per week for several weeks to see results, but the results were immediate. This will be a staple in our house from now on.A few important notes:- I used this according to the instructions. I may have even left it on a bit longer than suggested (between 5-10 minutes).- I also used one of those silicone scalp-scrubber tools, and I really went over her scalp with it thoroughly (just after applying the shampoo) for at least 2 minutes before I even started the timer. I think using the scrubber really helped a lot.- This shampoo also had a remarkable clarifying effect: her hair has never been as clean as it was after this!- I probably wouldn’t use it too often, because she complained about the smell. I thought the smell was just fine, but she is pretty particular.- Her dandruff is the result of swimming frequently in a chlorinated pool. If a kid has a more persistent case, it might not work as quickly, but I think it would still be effective.

My four year had a really itchy and dry scalp. They sent her to the nurse at school because they thought she had lice! I ordered this and have been using it for awhile now and it’s taken away the dry scalp! It’s smells great too!

Softens Dead Skin
I am not sure if it was the cradle cap kit with the comb that is round like the scalp or if this shampoo is magical. Lathering this shampoo in my toddlers hair softened the dead skin to pull away from scalp without my daughter noticing. (Note: I could see the skin patches but with longer toddler hair the skin patches were just stuck to her head unless I massaged that spot or gently pulled them off. My daughter doesn’t like her hair washed despite refusing to leave bathtub. ) This shampoo softened the many spots gently and has been keeping her scalp clean since using at least once a week.

Overwhelming Smell
I know that the description says 8oz bottle but it does feel a bit small for the price. We’ve only used it once so I can’t comment on the efficacy but the smell is pungent. I usually like the scent of tea tree oil but this just shoved itself right up my nose. My 5yo also commented on how strong it was while I was washing his hair. I noticed most of the reviews were actually for a different product so maybe that one smells better but this one is way too intense to be pleasant.

Having read several positive reviews I wanted to try for my daughter who suffers from dry flaky scalp…there was one negative review which said it burns, worsens dryness,tangles hair I ignored thinking I finally found something that cuf cure her itchy flakes, but sadly that was the only honest review..it does nothing to treat itchy flakes and worsens it and the hair gets terribly tangled and comb cudnt get through..I felt bad n disappointed ð never gonna buy it again
