Really helps
Reached a point where Ambien just didn’t help anymore so checked this out, did a little research, and decided to give it a try. Fell asleep fast and slept longer and it’s way less expensive than Ambien and it’s over the counter with no addiction worries. Been using it for about 6 months and in combo with 2 5mg dual layer Melatonin tablets (Natures Bounty-also from Amazon) finally broke the sleep problems. Wake up after 4 hours, ignore it and go right back to a sound sleep for another 3 to 4 hours. Wake up with no after effects. Love this combo and so far its working great.

Good dependable sleep aid, works well. Too bad the delivery drivers can’t, or won’t, tap on the door, while they are leaning the package against the door so ALL of the neighbors can clearly see it sitting there, while I have no idea it is there, until I go onto Amazon. Coincidence? I doubt it. But the product is worth the Amazon hassles.

By far the BEST sleep aide
OMG….my sleep problems are finally conquered! I’ve been taking Tylenol PM AND melatonin AND Zquill for the past few years and I STILL couldn’t get back to sleep after waking up for a potty run. THIS by far is the BEST thing I’ve ever taken! I’m not groggy when I wake up! I doze off like someone is rocking me to sleep! Even my FitBit is happy cuz my sleep score has been above 80 every day since I started these a week ago!!!!! These will become one of my subscribe items!

I’ve used this product quite awhile I take it about two hours before sleep. I drink coffee and this helps me to sleep all night.
