Life-changing!
I was very skeptical about this product. I wasn’t sure it something out there could actually help my severe stomach problems but I decided to try it. I have to tell you that this product is excellent.I used to suffer from severe stomach pains that were caused by almost all foods, and acid build up. Sometimes it was so bad I couldn’t sleep and I would feel so tired and miserable.. my quality of life was terrible. I have taken this product for two months now and the results are wonderful. I no longer experience the pains I had after eating. I have been able to sleep well, and I no longer have to sleep sitting up, instead I can just sleep like normal. When I wake up in the mornings I don’t feel any acidity anymore. I used to taste acid all the time in my mouth. My problem was so severe it felt like there was nothing that could help. I plan on taking this product for six months. Then I’ll stop and hope that I will stay doing amazingly!This is the way I take it: In the mornings, as soon as I wake up, I take two capsules with water. Then I make sure to do something before I eat; anything so that I can give my stomach time to absorb it a little before I put food in it. Then after that I eat something small. I feel like this has worked very well.Before trying Mastic Gum I was on an alkaline diet. I have stayed eating a strict alkaline diet. For those suffering from acid issues, I would recommend Mastic Gum and trying an alkaline diet. I really wish that people who suffer from stomach issues (like I was) to try this product. It might truly change your life.

I honestly think this may have helped me. I’m not one for anecdotal evidence from a few people but thought I’d share my experience. Do not take this as evidence that this stuff actually works. For all I know, it could just be the placebo effect.I’d had a burning sensation on the left side of my stomach for a few months. It would come and go, and would only last for few seconds at a time. I would feel it every day at least once…most of the time 3-4 times. I’ve had heartburn and some indigestion over the years, but this was new, focused, and obviously different.Did some research and thought this could be h. pylori potentially causing an ulcer. Found that this stuff may help so decided to try it before going to the doctor since I couldn’t find any adverse side effects. The burning was a nuisance but not unbearable, so why not?Took 1 capsule in the mornings on an empty stomach about 30 mins before breakfast. After 3 weeks, I did not have the burning sensation any more. It’s been about a month since it stopped now. I stopped taking the mastic gum about 10 days after the burning stopped…I just started forgetting to take it. It hasn’t come back since.This could just be the placebo effect. Maybe it’s just a coincidence and I was healing anyway. I don’t know. But I can’t give it anything other than 5 stars since I’m feeling good now.

I have bought a couple different mastic gum supplements and used for five weeks successfully. Sharing this review about mastic gum benefits for me and my family. I should specifiy that I used Jarrow and then Best Naturals.After having a sore throat for two years that Ohio State University providers could not fix, I stumbled upon studies regarding mastic gum. After two weeks of taking it twice a day, sore throat gone!Then I decided to put my troubled seven year old on it. Periodically, for several years, she had complained about sore throat and stomach ache. The pediatrician would do a strep test and then send us home with its negative results. My daughter, who is adopted, was a very angry and troubled child. But after a couple weeks on mastic gum she calmed down! Now I know that she only complained when she really, REALLY felt badly. We were able to continue equine therapy and attachment therapy. Her school has made comments about the differences they see between last year and this year. As a person who ended up with what I might call “a sensitive digestive system” after surgery, I need to pay attention to what works & “what hurts”.This works. It calms my “tummy” when I dont eat perfectly.
