Iâm comparing MCT powders for taste, consistency, and effects. This organic MCT powder has virtually no taste and blends in my frothed milk easily. There is no gritty texture. This MCT powder does not upset my stomach and works great in combination with lionâs mane for mental focus. Itâs a keeper and repeat purchase.

This MCT oil is so good! I can go all day without feeling hungry and I have brain power that I did not have before. I’ve tried al ot of brands, but this one is very easy to mix with smoothies or oatmeal. MCT oil is such a good brain food. I always feel better when I incorporate MCT into my overall dietary needs.

This product has been exactly what I was looking for. It’s non-GMO, gluten-free, and Keto certified which is fantastic. Being readily absorbed and certified organic, it just adds to its value. Does not dissolve in coffee.
Have been using for almost 2 weeks and haven’t noticed any change in energy level yet, so I will give it more time. I use it in my coffee. No taste, but does not dissolve, so I have to break it up with a spoon, so I don’t get big globs in my mouth when drinking. No stomach upset, great price. I will see if I notice anything in about a month.
