These gummies worked pretty well; they helped me fall asleep and stay asleep most of the night. Compared to my ‘usual’ sleep gummies, they were about the same. I’m only taking one per night though, so I’m not sure if taking two (the recommended dosage) would be any better, but they’re a bit pricey, so I’m trying to make them last.However, the flavor was not at all what I was expecting. The description says ‘Blueberry Lavender’ flavor, but I don’t taste anything remotely like that as they were so overpoweringly sour. They’re coated with sugar, but once that comes off, they are intensely sour. I don’t mind tart flavors, but these are almost a bit too much, so I’m not sure if I’ll order more.

I’m on my second bottle of this product, and I am sleeping MUCH better. I was waking up twice a night filled with energy and ready to go! Sometimes, I would have to get out of bed; sometimes, I would lay there for hours. It really caught up with me. I take two of the gummies about 15 minutes before bed, and even if I wake up in the night, I’m usually able to get right back to sleep. Life changing!

Poor storage
I like this product, but I will no longer order it from this distributor. These are gummies with sprinkling of possibly sugar on top. I have now received two orders that I ordered here on Amazon where the gummies seem to have been stored in a very hot warehouse. They are no longer individual gummies; they are all stuck together and quite flavorless. I will continue to use this product, but I will order it directly from the company, not through Amazon.

These gummies work very well. I was taking them only when I needed help falling asleep. One night I started having excruciating stomach pain, I didnât put two and two together until it happened two more times after having two gummies. I had to throw them out :/

The good news is that I discovered these perfectly yummy dream tarts at a hot springs spa near where I live. The bad news is I ran out. The good news is that I purchased the small travel size because I couldnât locate the large 60 piece container. The bad news is that I didnât want to go through all of the environmental brouhaha to have them sent to me once or twice per month. The good news is that I called the spa where Iâd first discovered them, and they have the larger containers in stock. I just bought 2. That oughtta hold me for a few months until Winged Wellness can get them back in stock.
