Help Ease Pain and Boost Energy!
Iâm not a fan of inserts you have to cut. I am a left handed girl living in a scissors-for-right-handed-peopleâs-world! So, note to lefties: use a box cutter or exacto knife. As long as you cut it well the fit for an average size 8 is great. I can use this in snow/hiking/fancy boots, running or athletic shoes, and other casual closed toe shoes like âBobsâ or âTomsâ, for example. The pain relief is so great I definitely know when I need to replace these because my lower back immediately starts to hurt. They last me about 6 months so if you are super active/go to the gym every day, or spend a lot of time on concrete, you may need to replace them more often. Iâm giving these 4 stars because I do wish they lasted longer, but for the price point and quality I think itâs a good deal.

Allowed me to comfortably wear my boots for longer
I wear my western boots frequently, and they’ve always given me some pain. Recently decided to use inserts, and was able to wear them for so much longer than usual without pain! I’m really stunned, and will be putting a pair of these in my hiking boots as well. You do have to cut them to fit your size, but that wasn’t too difficult and the lines to cut them are clearly marked.

Helped more than I thought they would
I initially bought these to help with a foot injury in my arch. I could not put weight on my entire foot. After replacing my insoles in my tennis shoes with these I began to feel some relief the first day. By the second day I was able to put 75% of my weight on my foot w/o pain. But what really surprised me was the fact that by the second day of wearing these I was no longer feeling back, or hip pain and it has not come back. I always knew it started in the feet, and this was a great reminder of how quickly I can get relief with the right insoles. Now I don’t want to wear shoes without them.

i deal with knee and lower back pain. my wife suggested i give these a try. i believe they make a difference and glad i heeded her advice. i feel more “sure footed” with these inserts (and suspect it translates to knee and lower back health. give them a try; the price is right.
