Directions – Remove the cap by squeezing on both sides and twisting. Fill dosage cap. Adults and Children 6 years of age and older: Using 1 cupful of rinse, swish around your entire mouth for 1 minute and then spit out. Using another 1 cupful of rinse, gargle for 30 seconds allowing rinse to reach tonsils. Do not swallow the rinse. Wait 5 minutes before eating. For best results, use 2 to 3 times daily.

Stone gone after first use
I had never had a tonsil stone before and the salt water gargle the dentist recommended wasnât cutting it. As soon as I got this wash I tried it and the stone was gone. I had gotten another the next morning and again the wash did its thing and it was gone.

First impressions
Update after completing whole bottle: my stones are still there, it didnât do anything bad and made me feel extra clean after using it but didnât remove any of my stones.This is my very first impression and Iâll be back in a few weeks to update it once Iâve had more time to try the product.I have tonsil stones for the first time so I ordered this to help me flush them out since I really donât want to do it manually. The mouthwash came perfectly sealed without any damage to the bottle. I cracked it open and took a whiff and it smelled nice and minty. I noticed other reviews mentioning you donât actually need an entire full cap so I only filled the cap 1/4 of the way and this was plenty for me. When I swished it around my mouth it didnât burn but it did feel minty and the taste wasnât bad at all, very normal taste for a mouthwash. I then gargled with 1/4 cap and canât imagine how anyone could do it with a full cap, it foams up a lot when you gargle it and I had bubbles coming out of my mouth. I was only able to get 20 seconds of gargling in before I had to spit. After I finished, my mouth felt clean, minty, and tasted good. My stones are still there of course but Iâm hopeful itâll help break them down or loosen them up in the next few weeks.

Everest Mouth Wash & Tonsil Stone remover saved my life
I have gerd which my food does not digest and make my breath smells horrible. I tried every rinse and toothpaste on the market to help with my bad breath. I didn’t think this would work but I did exactly what the directions said and gargled one cap full. I put a towel on my mouth for the bubbles, then I rinsed my mouth with a capful. I thought it was going to only work for maybe an hour but even after I ate my breath was still fresh. I was so shocked that it cured my chronic bad breathe. To me it feels like I just came back from the dentist. When I use it at night I do not wake up with morning breath. Thank God for this product because I hated talking to people because i was so self conscious about my breath. I will be using this ALL The time. I wish I would have found this product sooner. I already purchased 3 more bottles.

IT REALLY DOES WORK INSTANTLY!!
My 9yr old daughter had a red bump inside her lip by her gum line which was infected. It was very red and swollen. It was a Friday evening and I was unsure if it was the beginning of a abcess. She was in a lot of pain and crying. I knew her dentist office was closed until Monday. Well anyway, I gave her my tonsil rinse to try even though I figured it wouldn’t work on a abcess. She rinsed her mouth and within 10 seconds it burst and drained. She was so relieved and the pain and pressure were GONE!!! she rinsed one more time and it took most of the redness away within 5 mins. Now she’s smiling and laying here next to me watching me write this review!Whatever is in this stuff is amazing!

Says no artificial sweeteners but sorbitol a sugar alcohol is the third ingredient and it also contains xilotol which is naturally derived. Bur I’m allergic to sorbitol and believed them since they don’t post the ingredients anywhere
