Effective product
Definitely works, but use with caution and be careful not to get too dependent on it. I took it in the mornings, and it was like having a cup of coffee. My energy was high, I felt that mental clarity like after being caffeinated, and didn’t feel as hungry throughout the day. I felt like my performance overall was higher at work and the gym. No crash or anything, but once I started trying to get pregnant I stopped it. Honestly, I’d recommend just sticking with a morning coffee or green tea, it almost works too well and isn’t great for long term goals. Certainly effective, though.

AMAZING
Iâve only been on these for almost a week and I can already tell a different in my appetite from day 1. It does have a weird smell like all the other comments mention, but nothing you canât get over. Will definitely be rebuying!

Not so good after 30 days
I had to update my review since taking these pills for more than 30 days. At first I experienced the benefit of regular bowel moments and a slight reduction in food cravings. After about 30 days I started to experience the daily stomach pains/cramps other reviewers reported. I believe it also contributed to my long period. I’ve been on over 3 weeks and it’s still going. After more research I discovered it may be due the effects the medication has on the thyroid. I stopped taking them.

taste/smell awful, but work!
Very large, hard to swallow. I usually can manage large vitamins/pills but what makes these hard to swallow is the TASTE. As soon as the capsules hit your tongue, they dissolve and taste like -what I can best describe as- stale urine. The smell is overwhelming as well.However, I keep forcing myself to take these because I have noticed a drastic change in my appetite. Usually I eat several and many unhealthy meals and snacks per day. I’ve only been taking it a week and I’m pretty much down to eating only when I actually feel hunger. Which is perfect! That was my goal. Maybe I’m extra sensitive to the taste/smell I’m not sure. I also use other products from the same brand and none of the other have that awful stale hot urine taste/smell, just the metabolove

Seems good so far
I just received this product over the weekend and have taken it a few times so far at a half dose (always start new supplements this way). I have to say that yesterday it definitely cut my cravings down a bunch! I skipped breakfast and didnât end up eating anything for lunch till 2. I am impressed so far and hope to see the scale show results soon too. It is a pretty big capsule and does have a kinda funny flavor though when you actually take it so just be mindful.

Does have a taste to it but if you drink it quickly or with a morning shake you can get it down. Product works by curbing appetite. Have been using for a month and have a subscription.

Ok yes…they taste and smell AWFUL. HOWEVER, I have never felt better or had as much energy. Used these for two months now and have lost 10 pounds! Not. By. Magic. Though. If your thyroid is working fine these will not work for weightloss. If you have an under active thyroid it will work like intended.
