Not sure how long I was supposed to do this but I drank it for 2 weeks straight and nothing happened, no mucus or anything, guess I’m healthy.It doesn’t taste bad by itself but I added a little bit of honey and it tasted better.

While I done have lung issues l, I do like taking supplements especially teas. Flavor is very soft and easy to drink without sugar

Decent tea
This is a decent tea overall. It is a loose leaf style tea that you will have to brew accordingly. If you have those tools for brewing loose leaf tea, then it will be very helpful for this tea. It has a decent flavor and it brews nicely, but I think you have to boil it for a little bit versus letting it steep. It is supposed to have some relief for the lung and respiratory function but I can’t tell if it’s actually working or not. That’s not to say that it is not working but I just can’t see any miraculous benefits from it. It may just be me. This team may provide some noticeable benefits for you. I think for an everyday tea, it may be a little bit of a hassle to brew because they don’t come in tea bags but again if you have the loose leaf tea accessories, it makes it a little easier. I think if you are having respiratory problems and are looking for a tea that may help relieve some of that, this is a decent option to try.
