Wow!! Great stress managing supplement!
This product is excellent in helping you cope with daily stress. It helps me feel in control of daily stresses and social anxiety. I know this sounds silly but I have noticed that Iâm not snacking so much in between my days and I feel more in control of when and how often I eat. I feel that it may be due to the stress managing that you feel when on this product that possibly helps with stress/emotional eating. Just be patient. It takes about a week or two before feeling the full effect but it does really work with coping and dealing with stress. I love that there are no fillers and that it is all natural. There are other supplements out there but I love the purity and quality of this one. So happy to have found it. Iâm taking this supplement with my husband and we are on our second bottle. We take one in the morning and one in the evening. I just ordered another bottle. I donât want to run out and be without it.

Real Life Changer
I tell ALL my friends about this brand. I am so in love with it. Especially during this pandemic, these race wars, and all the tragedy that’s been happening in our world, holy basil it a necessity. I love the packaging. I think it’s gorgeous and classy. I love the glass amber bottle. And I notice a serious difference when I forget to take it for a few says. I start to feel crazed, anxious, overwhelmed. When I’m taking this holy basil, my body knows how to manage stress and anxiety differently. I feel good and sane on it. I seriously don’t know what I’d do without it. I’ve been a full time student during this time and this holy basil has helped me keep my head on straight. Seriously, this is the stuff to have. Useful addition to MCAS routine
I’ve been taking this consistently for a while now and I’m pleased to report it doesn’t upset my stomach or cause any reactions. I take a lot of supplements for my chronic illnesses, so I split the 2 pill dose into one at 8am, the next at 12pm.My hEDS/MCAS doctor recommended Holy Basil. Holy basil is an herbal mast cell stabilizer, which can potentially do the following: Antihistamine, anti-anaphylactic.It’s tough to say how effective each individual supplement I take is, but the lack of negative side effects is a huge win and I’m keeping this product in my daily regimen. Worth a try!

Helps hormonal imbalance and improves sleep
After a week of taking this I got my first period in 6 months, I wake up feeling energized and no longer feel like Iâm in fight or flight mode constantly. I would wake up in the mornings with my body aching and feeling like I have a pit in my stomach and Iâm only 20 years old. Just a few days before I started taking this I was extremely emotional, over eating, not able to focus. These are all some symptoms of hormonal imbalance but they have subsided for the most part.I wanted an alternative to birth control to help me fix these issues and Iâm glad I chose this product. I feel good, I wake up earlier than before feeling energized and my stress levels are down. 10/10 would recommend

You will feel the Calm
I wasnât sure a single herb could have a noticeable calming effect, usually holy basil is part of a combination in anti-anxiety products.But, based in reviews, I decided to try this. I have several other Himalaya products & trust the brand. I definitely feel a calming effect about 30 minutes after taking this in the morning. I will order again.

Not for me!
Giving this 3-stars because the product itself was of expected quality! I love the Himalayan brand. That being said, I was switching from Ashwaganda to Holy Basil, as I had read/heard Holy Basil was better for helping with anxiety/depression and regulating cortisol. Well, it had the absolute opposite effect for me! I have literally been in a state of fight-or-flight since I began taking it a little over a week ago. I was waking up in the middle of the night with my heart racing, and the moment I woke up in the morning I was instantly feeling panicked and stressed. Switched back to my Ashwaganda last night, and I already have 100% relief.All that to say, this isnât for everyone! Listen to your body and donât be afraid to try something else <3
