Mary Ruth Multivitamin Gummies
Im a long time buyer of Mary Ruthâs brand of supplements. Their supplement are always high quality and this product is no different. I love that this includes methylated vitamins, especially for those who have the MTHFR genetic mutations. I appreciate that these vitamins are certified organic, sugar free, soy and nut free too. I also appreciate this is made in the USA. It does have an interesting aftertaste that can be off putting. I feel the current price ($70) is a rather high for only a months supply. However, this is a high quality product and worth it for the benefits you get from this. I havenât notice any hair growth yet but that will likely take a little while to notice. Overall, this is a great multivitamin and is worth buying if you can afford the monthly cost!

I have used many Mary Ruth’s supplements, and they are a trusted brand. The ingredients in these multivitamin gummies are the highest quality forms, like the methylated b vitamins. I wish that they contained some vitamin K, and some Magnesium, to round out the supplement (it’s important to take those alongside vitamin D and Calcium).I like that they contain tapioca fiber, and xylitol in place of sugar. I know all of those healthy, higher quality ingredients cost more, but I can’t understand why a 30 day supply of this retails at $69.95. That price on a monthly basis will be cost prohibitive for many people, and has cost this review one star. I would not make a routine of this supplement at this price, but if you can afford it and you will take it regularly to see results, it is certainly full of good things.

Easy way to take a multivitamin!
The label clearly states that this is a sugar-free, vegan product. Plastic jar came well sealed. I’m hoping someone figures out an alternative – more recycleable – container. The peach-mango flavor is good and they have a nice texture. I like the quantities of biotin and selenium in this multivitamin.

Mango-Peach Gummies Sweetened with Xylitol
These are fairly nice multivitamin gummies, and the mango-peach flavor reminds me of a juice smoothie I often purchase. I love that theyâre sweetened with xylitol, and not sugar or some strange alternative. While it will take time to see any changes in my hair or skin, the ingredient list has me feeling hopeful for the potential benefits.

Sugar free Gummies
I was interested in trying these vitamin gummies because they are sugar and dairy free. However, the taste is something to get used to. It tastes almost like watered down peach mango seltzer and has an aftertaste you would get with most sugar free candy. The texture is soft and chewy but slightly grainy. The bottle says it will take 3 weeks to see results on my hair however I do notice an improvement in energy, skin texture and skin hydration. That being said the bottle IS a month supply. Overall I like the simplicity and clean ingredients which is a rare find especially for hair gummies.

Great quality!
I really like Mary Ruth vitamins and have tried the liquid version of this multivitamin and found it helpful. These gummies have the same ingredients and tastes great. They are on the pricier side, but I think the quality is worth it. I have noticed some hair growth with the liquid version and am hoping to see it with these gummies as well. They are easy to take and haven’t upset my stomach.

I love that these gummies are sugar free. The taste is kind of weird, but I’m not a big fan of mango. I feel like these vitamins are overpriced. MaryRuth has other vitamins that are more reasonably priced. Not sure if this one is more expensive because it has hair growth benefits? Only time will tell if they work for hair growth.
