I was surprised at 1st use.
I saw a great deal of difference in the look and feel on my face. Fantastic. Removed dry skin easily on other areas. Can’t miss with this productMany mention it’s smell, I like the light fragrance but even if it smelled like sewage it would be worth it for the results you get. Now my skin is 70 so I’m sure the older you are the more noticeable the results. It’s worth a try.

It leaves an “oily” feel to your skin that slowly goes away
DON’T USE ON THE BOTTOM OF YOUR FEET – – VERY SLICK AFTERWARD!This is a nice sugar scrub. The instructions tell you to use it after your normal wash routine and I would agree with this. I did my normal wash routine and then did just half my body with the scrub to see whether it made a difference or not.First – – The scrub feels nice but make sure you are out of the water stream when you apply so that you don’t wash it away too fast.Next – – Your skin will feel greasy in the shower even after you rise it off. I don’t recommend you using it on the bottom of your feet if you don’t have a shower seat. Everything was super slick after use. It will wash down but that first flush is rough.Next – – Your skin will feel greasy right after the shower but that will turn into softer smooth skin as you dry. Finally – – After 1-2 uses, I did notice a difference in my skin. It felt well hydrated and super soft. Most noticeable my elbows looked less ashy and felt less rough. This lasted a couple days then started to go back to normal without using the product every few days to “refresh” the application. To me, this is way over priced for what you get but I would splurge on something like this if I was giving it as part of a gift to a friend.

Fabulous body scrub
I wasn’t familiar with Dermasuri products before this– I assumed this was a generic brand and bought this on a whim, bc I needed some post epilation exfoliating scrub to keep ingrown hairs at bay. Later I learned CO Bigelow carries their products, and that they’re actually an award-winning skincare company that purportedly uses “ancient Eastern beauty ingredients and rituals” to make their products.I don’t know about all that, but I do know this stuff smells subtly delicious like dole whip, and leaves my skin uber soft. The exfoliating granules are much finer and softer than some brands- gritty enough to exfoliate, with feeling like you just scraped yourself with a pumice stone.I use it in the shower and lotion up after, so I don’t know how moisturising it is over the long term, but it definitely feels soft and supple when I rinse it off. Would definitely recommend, just wish they had more scents.

Nice sugar scrub
I tried the Dermasuri Coconut Passion Fruit Sugar Scrub and it definitely delivered on its promise to exfoliate my skin. The scent is absolutely amazing, and it’s a great value for the price. While I’m not sure if it helped moisturize my skin, I didn’t experience any irritation or sensitivity after using it. I would caution those with sensitive skin to do a patch test first, but overall I’m really happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others looking for an effective exfoliator.

Smells edible
The coconut fragrance here is like sweetened, toasted coconut and not freshly grated coconut just pried from the shell. Yes, this smells like candy. Not sure how much passion fruit I smell, if any, but the fragrance right from the jar, in the shower and lingering in the bathroom smells absolutely wonderful, sweet and edible. There’s a LOT of rather large exfoliating grains in the oily mix, grains too rough for me to consider using this on my face and surely too rough to be used on a child’s skin or even delicate elderly skin. The scrub itself felt really greasy while I was using it and it was a little bit difficult to rinse off but my skin did feel smooth and moisturized after I dried off with a towel. To be honest, I don’t think there’s anything at all special about this except the fragrance. I wish I could find a room fragrance that smelled like this.

Smells amazing, more moisturizing than exfoliating
The scent of the passion fruit exfoliating scrub is wonderful and gives me that tropical vacation feeling. This is a sugar scrub and is billed as exfoliating, but am skeptical about how much exfoliating this actually does. It is heavy on oils and leaves a layer of moisturizing oil on your skin in the show, which has the effect of sealing in the moisture from shower- very effective. Left my skin feeling very moisturized, noit overly greasy, and the smell in show was a great experience in itself. I have tried quite a few sugar scrubs, this one is my favorite for scent and moisturizing. If You really need to stuff off dead skin, such as before self-tanning, I would recommend using a shower glove with this to increase the exfoliating power. I do not find it very exfoliating on its own, but I am ok with that as the moisturizing base is awesome.

Smells so good
This body scrub smells so good. It’s not overpowering when being used and gets more subtle once it rinses off. It is a milder body scrub and feels like it melts rather quickly when using it but it does leave the skin feeling refreshed and softer after using it.

Smells like cake
I adore the smell of this product. I know it’s coconut and passion fruit but it smells like some sort of vanilla cake or sugar cookie. The texture is very creamy and soft so it is easy to grab without little clumps of exfoliant falling off my hands. Because it is sugar it does melt very quickly, leaving behind and oil-based moisturized feel. I really love that because my skin feels so dry this winter and I’m becoming more aware of different products that may be used to combat dryness when a dehumidifier just cannot keep up. For me this is just a first step, but having that leftover feeling reminds me to use body oil and lotion after my shower.
