No jitters afternoon pick-me-up
I’ll often workout in the afternoons and need just a bit of a dose of caffeine to get me going. Most of the caffeine pills are 200mg and I have to fuss with splitting them, but I love that these come in 100mg doses. It’s the perfect amount to get you energized without making it difficult to fall asleep if you take them in the late afternoon.These caffeine pills have a more gradual energy hit than some other caffeine pills I’ve taken, but I just take it slightly earlier than usual and there’s plenty to get me through a workout. I think I’d prefer a caffeine pill that hits you right away (for my use case of working out), but if I was looking for a suitable replacement for coffee this would probably be a more similar feeling. It doesn’t leave me jittery, but it gives me a gradual boost of energy.I’ve used quite a few Nutricost products in the past and I haven’t been disappointed in any of them. Great value product.

Great Blend!
I figured this is an easier way to get my caffeine, and it is! I’ve taken these both on an empty stomach and with breakfast. They work for me wither way. The blend as a whole is the best I’ve come across. I feel like I have pep to my step when taking these. I don’t use this blend every day, but for the sluggish days it’s perfect. A 4-month supply is $12.99! I definitely recommend!!

No extra energy so far.
I have been taking this supplement for 3 days and so far I have not felt any extra energy, neither I felt more perked up. I will keep taking it for a bit longer and see what happens.

It worked the first couple of times
The first 2 times I used this product… it gave me lots of energy! It stopped working after that but I’m grateful for the 2 days of energy this product gave me. It didn’t upset my stomach or give me any negative side effects, either. Overall, can recommend.

Solves a problem
I am a big fan of Yerba Mate – but don’t really like the taste. Not so bad if I brew it fresh daily, but that is a pain.So this product really got my attention.As for Green tea, I felt about the same, always knew I should be taking it regularly but not too fond of the taste.I am finding taking it about 1/2 hour after I wake up, on empty stomach, really helps my day get going.I am also a big fan of Nutricost products, all the independent testing on that brand that i have seen have all been very good. And they are very competative in cost. Overall they are my number one preferred brand.

Subtle energy, but solid.
Typically I get my caffeine and morning energy from drinking coffee, but sometimes I simply do not have a cup of coffee on standby nor a coffee maker nearby. These are easy to carry and make up for cases such as that where I might find myself in a pinch.Since I drink a lot of coffee, I have a high tolerance for caffeine so naturally at only 100mg per capsule, a couple capsules or more would need to suffice to be a suitable replacement for my usual coffee intake. With that said, while I do not get the gratification that I do when sipping on a nice cup of coffee, I do get a moderate amount of energy and pick me up without the coffee breath, or potential teeth staining. As others have said, it does not really take the form of a jolt of energy, but more of a subtle, sustained energy. Which, depending on your preference and needs, may or may not be what you were expecting.
