Makes a 56 yo man feel 18 after hard day
When Hurricane Micheal hit Florida me and three other men went to help. Running chainsaw for 3-4 hours in 100% humidity heat, I barely could raise my arms to wipe sweat. One guy gave me Biolyte. The closest I can explain is I felt like Popeye eating spinach. Within 10 minutes I was fully charged and resumed removing trees from people home.I purchased the dry packet to see how they did in comparison to bottle. They restored me just as well. I prefer the citrus. It taste like grapefruit. Little salty. Have not tried other flavors. You will be glad you purchased Biolyte. Packets taste slightly different than bottle but not enough to make a different. Their half price as well.

Disappointed
I love Biolyte and was excited to try these for traveling. Unfortunately the product arrived revealing a total mess inside the package. Most of the sticks had cracked and opened, leaving the bag full of loose powder. Gross and unsanitary. Not worth it.

Easy, effective rehydration
I really prefer this product to Gatorade and pedialyte. A medical condition causes frequent, low grade dehydration and this fixes me right up like nothing else ever has. Very glad to not have to store lots of bottles, glad to be able to stash a few for traveling, and to keep in my car, etc.

Worked like magic!
Spent a long holiday weekend with family at the lake, which meant being outside in the awful heat often, in and out of the water, and having the occasional adult beverage. Despite drinking plenty of water, after three days, I experienced tingling in arms, legs, face, and was super light headed anytime I got up to move around. Thankfully one of my relatives with us is a doctor and he mixed me up one of these and I was like new within an hour. I experience dehydration symptoms often due to certain medications I have to take daily, and the tingly and twitchy feeling is the worst, and water alone never seems to help. So once we got back home from the trip, I ordered some packets and received them today. The flavor is not bad at all, although a little salty but I can live with that. Iâll probably try other flavors that are less so at some point, I just went with the one I was given since I already knew what to expect.

Sour vs Sweet
I found this to be too sour – my personal preference. I preferred Luquid IV’s Watermelon. It is much more sweet than sour.
