I’ve been using these for at least a month and haven’t noticed a difference. My cat will usually eat around them anyway so he’s not even getting the full dosage. He’s pretty smart but I was hoping he wouldn’t notice. I’ll keep trying but probably won’t be buying again. Don’t let this discourage you from buying though! It’s a great natural product and every cat is different! I’m simply sharing my experience. You get a decent amount in such a small bottle and the price is very reasonable!

Can actually increase severity of skin allergy.
My cat was suffering from an unknown allergy that caused very dry skin with patches of hair loss. She also was itching nonstop, developed skin sores, and acted very lethargic. I suspected a food allergy as I had switched brand of food. Decided to try this in hopes of reducing her itching while I tried a different food. It states that it relives skin sores, bumps, and itching. The directions say 2-3 pills twice a day. I started with 2. Her condition began to worsen, so I increased the dose to 3. Her condition worsened. Decided I better take her to the vet. In the mean time, seeing her get worse with the higher dose, I reduced the dose back to 2 pills. She showed improvement. Having already replaced her diet, I questioned the pills. After removing these pills altogether, she completely recovered and didn’t need the trip to the vet. Through this process it became obvious that these pills did the opposite from what Is stated on the bottle. The change in diet corrected the initial allergy. This product exacerbated the problem.

My 12 year old kitty was licking herself a ton. We adopted another cat because the poor guy had been in an accident and needed to have a leg removed to save his life and we decided he needed a safe home and wanted him to be a part of our family. Upon bringing him into our home our first kitty then started this licking behavior. They do not fight. There was a little hissing as we slowly introduced them. Never any biting or scratching. Our new kitty likes to lick or groom our older kitty. They will sit near each other but a random hiss here or there from the older kitty when the new kitty wants to play. Just nothing thatâs been crazy or worrisome. So thatâs the backstory to her Basically over grooming herself on her legs. Just constantly licking her legs all the time. She hasnât caused sores but just licked all her fur off. Iâve tried different food for sensitivity. That didnât work. I tried pheromone sprays and the plug in things thinking she was stressed out. Didnât work. Iâve been using these pills crushed in her kibble and on her wet food and the constant licking has slowed way down. Iâm noticing some new hair growth on her legs. Itâs been 6 days. So far so good. Itâs not exactly cheap but I feel itâs worth it to see her look more comfortable and not so anxiously licking her legs as much. Hopefully, her fur fills back in and it keeps working. For now Iâm happy she looks happier. Iâm thankful for this product so far.

Great product
I was having issues with my Tortie for months trying to figure out what was causing her to itch, and chew on her paws. I changed her food, litter, cleaners in my home. Finally once I started using this product the itching and chewing stopped. I had felt so bad for her and didn’t want to go the route of prescription medicine. This product was a miracle.

My outdoor kitty continuously had a bald tummy from pulling his fur out. We started giving him these pills and within 2 weeks he stopped pulling his fur out and his fur started growing back. Now he has all his fur back and is comfortable! I now give him 1 pill with his wet food in the morning and 2 with his dinner as a maintenance dose. Keeping him on the maintenance dose keeps his fur in great shape! It works!Update 7/3/2024: What happened here? I just reordered this and the bottle I received has a different label AND 8 new ingredients that were never in the other bottles I bought! Why did they change the ingredients and not list this change in their product description here on Amazon? I even went to their website and the old bottle with the old label isnât there! I am really concerned that the additional ingredients may not work on my cat like the old ingredients did. Hey Best Life 4 Pets, whatâs going on here? I changed my original rating from 5 stars down to 2 because you were not honest with your customers by not changing your product description! Now I donât have any idea if your product will still work like it used to or if my cat will have a problem with the new ingredients! If something ainât broke then donât fix it! Why did you make the change and not tell us that you did?

I had a lot of hopes because the foster cat in my possession is suffering from itchy skin, all allergies have been ruled out. .When the treatment arrived. I followed the instructions and gave the cat two crushed pills. It is True there was no smell or taste and the cat ate her food with gusto as always. I was very pleased, however, later that day when it was time for the next meal, the cat walked away from the food.,on the second day, no scratching , but not foods either. I reduced the treatment to one pill,and continued opening different food choices , It took almost a week before she started eating again. Of course the scratching is back.And I am back to square one. She had been to the vet for this problem previously, with no results.In fairness ,j I will give this product 3 stars for the fact that there was no smell or taste as advertised, and she stopped the scratching , it arrived on time,and that is far as I can go. While I had trouble with the food , it doesnât mean all cats will react in the same way. The only way you will find out is try it for yourself andbe prepared to accept the cost if it doesnât work. I think of it as being a good pet parent to do everything I can to make my cat comfortable and happyGood luck.
