I can actually see the results from a month using these. Iâm pretty hard on my hands and my nails break fairly often. Theyâre longer & stronger than ever and havenât broken since Iâve started taking these. My hair is growing faster than usual as well. Iâm super impressed by these. Theyâre quite large & you have to take 2 at a time but itâs completely manageable & definitely worth it

Is it really vegan? Biotin levels too high will interfere with lab results
What is the palmitate derived from and is it truly a vegan supplement? Why is the zinc 15 mg when zinc RDA for women is 8 mg. Itâs less than the Tolerable Upper Intake Level but possibly should be reduced based on RDA. If vitamin c derived from ascorbic acid is less friendly on the gastrointestinal system, why not use calcium ascorbate? These are my three concerns so far. I hope someone from the company can respond. Lastly, âSupplementing with biotin beyond recommended intakes can cause clinically significant falsely high or falsely low laboratory test results, depending on the test. These incorrect results may lead to inappropriate patient management or misdiagnosis of a medical conditionâ (âNational Institutes of Healthâ). This product needs to be reformulated.

After having my son I lost a lot of hair and fragile nails. It is so hard to find a TRUE VEGAN supplement that actually works, BUT HERE IT IS LADYS!!!! My hair, skin, and nails are BACK! I have been taking these for two weeks and it worked!!!!Performance is excellent, no taste unless you let it sit in your mouth or bust it then it taste like powder green tea almost
