Best Energy Supplement I’ve Ever Tried
I have been taking GNC Herbal plus energy formula for a couple years now and highly recommend. I have never been so loyal to a supplement before, and this one I cannot live without and it’s been years. Something about this formula just works for me….I take one capsule around 2pm as I start hitting a wall and it works a million times better than a cup of coffee (minus the jitters!). I take a 2nd capsule around 4:30pm right before I workout and it gets me through my hour crossfit class. Absolutely no jittery feeling at all and I am extremely sensitive to virtually ALL energy related products.I normally purchase these directly from my GNC store, however recently they are all sold out when I go to restock. I travel around town to all the local GNC’s looking for a store that has them and no one does….that led me to Amazon. I was happy to see GNC was the direct retailer and purchased a bottle immediately. For some reason these supplements purchased online lacked the energy boost I have been experiencing for the past 2 years when I take these. I immediately reached out to GNC and they refunded my money, no questions asked, and even gave me a discount to repurchase in store or online if I decided to. A+++++ for customer service, your rock GNC!Overall great experience and excellent product. If you are looking for a little boost in energy without feeling nauseous, these will certainly do the trick (just make sure not to take on empty stomach!). I really hope GNC NEVER changes the formula or discontinues this product or I’d be lost!

I have no issue with this product- it’s a good supplement with some proven ingredients, and I have used before, but there are alot of questions here and reviews that have misinformation because many people don’t realize that Guarana is a plant that contains as much or more caffeine than coffee. ***Yes, there is 108 mg of caffeine in this supplement, per the GNC website. And you should be aware that according to published scientific studies, this form of caffeine can affect the body more directly than the kind in coffee that you may be used to. I would recommend not combining this with other caffeine products at first to see how it affects you. Also, Guarana is considered and herb which means it is not regulated by the FDA, so you have to trust that GNC is doing accurate tests and quality checks to ensure that the 108 mg is consistent and accurate. They have a good reputation, so it is probably fine, but 108 mg of caffeine is not a small amount, probably close to 1.5 cups of regular coffee. *** Also, Rhodiola Rosea is an herb that has been studied for energy and does not have caffeine, while Yerba Mate definitely does have caffeine, but the amount indicated in this product is probably not significant, perhaps 10-20mg. Again, this information should be listed here and the additional info about Yerba would be good on the GNC label, but these are lacking.

It does give you energy but you may lose sleep and it gives a weird feeling
This stuff works to give you more energy. I was so drained and tired, sleeping almost all day long. I wanted something without caffeine. I tried these and I did find myself working out more and with energy. However, I did notice a weird feeling of not jitters but like my brain was scanning or something. Feels weird. But I keep taking because I need energy to do things. Also since taking these I only sleep about 6 hours a night. I take in morning (8-9am) and most days only take 1 pill not 2 but I still donât sleep as well at night.

So they did the trick Iâm happy and excited I came across these pills itâs not an literal BOOST! Your looking for itâs stay awake NO sleepy ness feeling like as if u just woke up took a shower and then went to work but feeling it All day! I love it and itâs natural it really gets me through the day Something I was looking for, I get up around 5:45am b4 I even go to the bathroom I take 2 I go 2 work come home around 4pm then eat and I still feel like I still have energy, not heart beating fast U ready to jump up and down No!, energy to tend to your kids make dinner watch tv help with homework and no Crash!!!!! man this is great and I donât feel sleepy until 10:30 pm so to answer the question yes BUY! BUY! BUY! I promise u wonât regret it 🙂

Very disappointed
I bought this energy supplement hoping for a natural energy enhancer. Have used for a week, saw no improvement, no energy. It recommends I daily, I bumped it up to 2 and still no difference. Wish it would have helped. When you get older your energy is depleted , but the work to do is still there. Unfortunately this was no help
