Not harmful to enamel, but using 2 packs each time.
Just havenât used them enough to see much result. But I like that they are safer for enamel.But you only get one per packet , so using 2?each time.

Iâve purchased these before in store and i loved them, so i decided to get them again but from amazon. I only opened about 5 of them but every single one was dried up and dissolved on my teeth within 5 seconds, which is not how theyâre supposed to be. idk if this box just wasnât handled properly or what, but this is notttt how the product is supposed to be.

Whitens teeth. You have to be careful about the strips not hitting your gums as it may cause bleeding of the gums. It whitens them gradually, which I liked, because you want to have good control over how white your teeth look. If you feel your gums are sensitive, spread out the number of days between uses.
