These are easy to use and taste okay. In the Florida August heat the electrolytes are a nice addition to the water bottle. Very light on sugar which makes them better than the big brand sugar drinks with electrolytes. They dissolve with bubbles. On very hot days, the water bottle may get slightly pressurized and you may get a spray when you start to sip, not a problem if you know it’s coming.

I have a liter sized water bottle that I drop a couple of these with some ice cubes and water… and boom. Delicious water in about 10 mins (tablets need to dissolve).

I use electrolytes to combat that after lunch slump. These not only do what regular electrolyte additives do, but they are slightly carbonated! I LOVE THAT!This is the carbonated feel with the benefit of electrolytes and energy for the rest of the day.

Not all flavors are equal
I bought the variety pack for my son who races mountain bikes. He has been training for a long race and we have been experimenting with different drinks and flavors to see what works and what might upset his stomach. We use the GU energy gels which he loves but we needed some hydration and electrolyte replenishment. We tried these tablets. From a hydration and electrolyte standpoint they work. However, not all flavors were tolerable. The orange and strawberry lemonade were the best. The orange was very chalky and what he referred to as ” manufactured ” flavor. So now we now and will buy the two flavors he likes. YMMV as they say.

Little boost!
I’m sensitive to caffeine, and these are great when I need a little something at lunch or in the afternoon. A cup of coffee or a soda would keep me up until 4am if I had it at noon, but one tablet gives me a little boost without pushing my bedtime back hours.

Werfe mir im Sommer immer eine Tablette in die Fahrradflasche, um unterwegs genug Elektrolyte aufzufüllen. Schmecken lecker, nicht zu süà und die Tablettenform macht die Anwendung sehr angenehm. Man kann sie auch einfach für unterwegs mitnehmen, wenn man Wasser auffüllt. Lieferung war schnell, Produkt ist fantastisch.
