FINALLY found something that does what it promises!!
I am 42, with thick, long hair and I have tried just about every luxury brand for shampoo and conditioner, including those recommended by my stylist and colorist. I get my hair highlighted regularly so I don’t mind spending for high-quality hair care products but I’ve never found something that I really felt I could see a significant difference – even over extended periods of use. I kind of just gave up on finding a set that really “works” for my hair. I tried this on a whim and WOW – nothing has ever worked this well for my hair. I thought maybe it was just a “first wash” fluke but now after several uses – I am sold. I’m actually a little overdue for a cut and color, and still this leaves my hair so soft and smooth, but without feeling heavy/greasy. My husband has commented multiple times that my hair smeels good.

I’m in my mid-forties and, like so many others, had been losing a lot of hair in the shower. I was even noticing a receding hair line. I have dark hair, so it was a lot of work trying to hide it. I started looking for a cleanershampoo; one without all the extra stuff that made hair shiny but isn’t good for it. Iwas hesitant to get Ouai because of its price, but after a few weeks of using it, I am not only BARELY losing any hair in the shower, but I can actually see new hair growth! I am not taking supplements or doing any treatment. This is literally the only thing I changed with my routine. My hair is so healthy now.I just wanted a cleaner product. I am blown away. It might be pricy, but it is absolutely worth it (for me).

I absolutely love this stuff, it cost a pretty penny, but it last you awhile, so you don’t have to buy it a lot. Depending on how much you wash your hair. I don’t everyday. I have curly hair, and it works amazing, I love the all natural, makes my hair not so frizzy and my scalp loves it too. It’s worth the money to me. The smell is soo good! Can’t describe it. It’s a must have if you’re trying to up your hair game!

Smells clean, soft hair, no buildup
I’ve tried a number of very expensive shampoos over the years including Kevin Murphy and Loma. I love those products but this is even better. I often had hair falling out and frizz. I’ve only used this for a week and I’m already sold. The scent is absolutely heavenly. It’s subtle and like a baby shampoo, doesn’t clash with perfume. My hair has body, it’s not falling out and my scalp is not dry. This feels so gentle and effective and simple.

Really depends on hair type
Okay, so first I have fine to medium straight hair. Not very thick but there is a lot. I was wanting a shampoo that thickened my hair and made it healthier. First pros: smells good, scalp feels fresh after, makes hair healthy and clean looking not thicker though. Cons: my hair gets greasy a day or 2 later. I only put a nickel sized amount of conditioner on my ends because I know my hair gets greasy quickly and the price is a bit steep. Itâs also got a natural rose scent which I like but some may not. Not a bad shampoo and conditioner if you wash your hair daily; however, I personally prefer stronger results for that kind of price.

I cut 14 inches off of my hair and my Redken All Soft was way too heavy for my bob. I tried several options and Ouai blew away everything else. My hair is so soft and so shiny, all while having great movement. I also use the hair oil daily, the detox shampoo weekly, and my dog has the Fur Bebe shampoo as she is very active. I will use Ouai for a very long time.
