**BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU BUY THIS PRODUCT!**I was so hoping this would work for my sleep deprivation caused by peri/menopause.And, it did help me sleep. Helped me not only fall, but stay, asleep.But — OMG! My body was under siege for 2 full days with nausea, terrible bloating/cramping (I’m not kidding when I say it felt like I was carrying a baby by how bloated I was), explosive diarrhea and the worst headaches of my life that I couldn’t shake (and I get migraines!).Luckily, I work from home so I could be house-bound for these days while actually contemplating buying Depends because it felt like my digestive system would never be right again.Let me also say — I’m not someone with a sensitive stomach. I have regular BMs and can eat pretty much everything without getting gassy/bloated/upset stomach. I’ve NEVER had such a terrible experience with a supplement and, honestly, I’ve never thought to research a supplement before taking it (my bad, won’t do that again).Now, I will ALWAYS read the negative reviews and listen differently.This was one of the most horrible supplement experiences of my life and I will look elsewhere for sleep remedies.While Amazon would not refund me, Moon Juice did once I gave them my Amazon order #. I can’t get past the taste!
In order to make something part of my every day routine it has to be something that I enjoy or that is at least neutral. I got the berry flavor and the taste is just ugh. Bitter and left a bad taste in my mouth and I felt like I was trying to force down medicine. The sleep I got was kind of like a twilight sleep, like I was still half awake. I don’t know if it has to build up in your system to be more effective, but I just can’t stomach the taste.

Best sleep in months
I’ve tried melatonin, NyQuil, and all the sleep agents for the past few months and nothing could keep me asleep all night. This stuff is so easy to blend with water, has a very gentle taste , and I felt it starting to kick in shortly after drinking it! I had a deep, peaceful sleep for 9 HOURS. I haven’t slept like that in months! I woke up this morning feeling refreshed and mentally clear, not with that druggy hangover you get with other sleeping agents. I highly recommend this product, I’ll be purchasing again !

I started my magnesium journey with moon juice but it was so expensive to ship to sg that I switch another brand after consuming two bottles. But Iâm back again because this works so much better than the other brand. It contains 3 kinds of magnesium which targets different functions. Listen to your body when taking supplements. Works super well for me. I can actually feel the difference when I stop taking it. It could be my magnesium deficiency, hence I could sense the difference between consistently taking it nightly and skipping it for two weeks. Body didnât require the usual two weeks to get used to this supplement too. Love it.
